Ascension Sacred Heart Rehabilitation - Panama City Beach

My daughter took my grandson here for therapy. Staff was helpful however the Bathrooms were disgusting , and my grandsons socks are filthy from walking around on floor during therapy. With kids having to utilize the ground, I would’ve expected their floors to be much cleaner.

Wow - what a difference between one physical therapy facility and another. I have never previously had PT - so did not know what to expect. I have quickly learned the importance of asking if the therapist works one on one - or works several people at one time. The first therapist I tried (at another facility) put a heating pad on me, had me do a few knee lifts and hip rolls, handed me a paper with exercises and sent me home - while he worked with 3 other clients at the same time. I felt scammed. So I tried Ascension PT (on beach side) - and not only received one on one assessment from a therapist - she did an outstanding job for first assessment- and I feel was spot on in having a plan to resolve my sports related injury. Very impressed! Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and professional.

This is not a good place to get therapy. Therapist, thinks nothing about patients care, just getting paid and approvals. You work to their schedule, not yours. They tell you when you can and cannot come, and basically have no heart for their patients. I felt like I was a billing opportunity. Went there two months, not much progress. Find a therapist that cares about the patient, because you won’t find it at this place.

Went to Laurence with pinched nerve on C4. Laurence devised a plan. Very professional. Four weeks later, my neck is in excellent shape. Thank you Laurence.
