Ascension Providence Occupational Health Center - Mobile

This place is unbelievably slow. A person I know was there for over hours. I should've known better than come here. A simple drug screen can take you 2-3 hours. Average 35-40 minutes per patient.

Apparently, if you have children, you aren’t allowed in the place. That is the manager’s rule. When I asked them to get the manager, of course she was unavailable. No signs or paperwork stating this policy of no kids!! All I wanted to do was take a quick drug test, and apparently if you have children, that is NOT an option!

Quite possibly the worst place I've ever been to. Was told I passed the physical, then I was told I needed my medical history from my primary physician, I said I dont have one, then I was told to bring my medical history from the last doctor I saw, I explained to her that was over 3 years ago and she said bring it so I did. I'm a truck driver and the only time I can do all this is on Friday so all this is took 4 weeks to transpire. So the next Friday I bring the medical records and she is out sick so the next Friday I come back and she tells the girl behind the counter to tell me that now I need to get a checkup from a familly physician. I made an appointment for 2 weeks later for a checkup but had to cancel because I got stuck out on the road.

2nd time I have sat here over 40 min. All I need is a shot. I brought with me all of the paperwork to start the immunization. I do not understand why my company chooses this place to do employee health. Extremely slow.

Staff was very friendly. Dr. Michaels and the Nurse practitioner Jenny are very knowledgeable. Would recommend

This place is slow. Apparently they have one person doing drug screens and physical test. It’s bad.
