Ciaran is very knowledgeable about running mechanics, prevention and injuries. I have gone to him for several years now and as a runner/triathlete he has constantly assisted me with getting to a “starting line” . He provides hands on treatment which has helped with a chronic hamstring issue. I am grateful for his knowledge and his care and concern to assist with my athletic goals.

Ciaran was recommended to me when I was unsuccessfully trying to recover from a sports injury. My neck was causing shoulder pain, numbness in my fingers, and preventing me from sleeping. Ciaran is very passionate about his work and has an amazing way of connecting with his clients. He can alleviate the immediate discomfort but also find the root of the problem that your body is trying to compensate for. Highly recommend whether you are suffering from injury or need to elevate your athletic ability.

I was recommended to Ciaran by a few friends of mine when I couldn't resolve some knee pains after too long. I was reluctant at first, but after I heard the stories of my friends' experiences I thought it was worth a shot. Within the first 2 or 3 visits I experienced incredible results and my knee pains were nearly gone! I continued going to appointments with Ciaran, adding the exercises he's suggested into my workout routines, and since I've continued to resolving other minor issues that I thought I would just have to live with. He's honestly the best physical therapist I've worked with, and being active in sports my entire life, I've gone through quite a few. Ciaran's demeanor, up-beat attitude, constant encouragement, and fun stories truly make his practice next level, not to mention resolving problems I was otherwise suggested to mitigate the symptoms rather than resolving the root cause like Ciaran does.

Ciaran is the best!! He made a huge difference in ACL/meniscus recovery. He helped get me back on the court playing volleyball so quickly, and has continued to help me get stronger and move better. Most importantly he’s helping me prevent injury in the future. If you aren’t going to Ascension, you’re missing out!!!

I first went to see Ciaran for treatment of some injuries years ago from my cycling and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, and encouraging! I felt he helped me tremendously. Ciaran is amazing at what he does. I had been struggling for almost two years with an injury and was recommended by some teammates to come see Ciaran. Within my first visit I had noticed a change for the better. He is very knowledgeable and talks you through what he thinks is going and is able to explain the mechanics of what he is doing. Ciaran is a super welcoming and down to earth guy who will work with you and figure out how to best fulfill your needs wether is physical therapy or injury prevention.
