The therapist and assistants are ready to answer any questions I had regarding my condition. The environment is quiet and promotes learning. If you are looking for a amazing physical therapy, Ascend physical therapy and balance center is the clinic you need to go. The director Dr Wayne Chen is a very patient and knowledgeable therapist. After went to one time and I already knew that I found a right place is going to help with my back, my neck and especially for my 26 years migraines. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Chen was able to give me the correct diagnosis for my vertigo. After a 3 visits my vertigo was gone. He spent an hour with me on the first visit showing me a diagram and patiently explaining to me what was going on in my ear canal with a loose calcium crystal. This office is very professional and has the latest equipment to help their patients. I would definitely recommend Dr Chen and this office for physical therapy and balance issues.

Dr. Wayne Chen and the entire staff at Ascend have been wonderful to be around in the couple appointments I’ve had at their center. Dr. Chen takes his time and truly listens and cares. It’s also very obvious from how everyone at the center interacts with each other—lighthearted and warm—that this is a group of friends and family. And they’ll treat you like one too.
