Overall great place so far for my workers comp recovery for my rotator cuff and c spine. Only issue I have is they allow patients to operate the laser therapy device themselves which appears to be pretty high power and possibly class iv, did not take a close enough look. One day a lady who was patient pointed it at my eye in what seemed to be an accident although and my eye did hurt as a result of this visit. This can leave permanent damage to my eye as it seemed the laser can hit 15w. Im thinking I should get it checked out as at first I did not realize how much damage such as laser can produce to the eye. I believe one should always wear eye protection with such a device and when I asked a therapist once they said you do not have to since the laser is not facing your eye but you still should based on what is stated online. This is something that needs to be fixed here.

Dr. Ting Review: Dr. Ting was a complete disappointment. He was, by far, the most unprofessional doctor I have seen. I had a really bad experience with him personally, but I will just list the facts for your opinion moving forward: - He was 1 hour late for our appointment. Now I understand emergencies come up, but there was never even a quick apology or anything said about being late. Not from his awful secretary Pearl, or from himself. I felt it was a bit discourteous, but continued with an open mind. - When he walked into the room he didn’t introduce himself, or even say hello. He went straight to the computer with his back towards me. He never introduced himself, or said thank you or good bye at the end of our consultation, he just walked out. - Dr. Ting swore several times calling my previous doctors “f**king idiots” and saying something won’t do “sh*t”. Regardless of his intent, I felt it was unprofessional to curse. - He spoke badly about my profession to my face. It was quite uncomfortable. His initial diagnosis was that I should put an extra pad in my shoe and “toughen up”. That is what he said verbatim. When I told him that I didn’t think that was a good option, he said he could give me a cortisone shot if I wanted. This is in stark contrast to the next 2 doctors I saw in the area. They were caring, listened to my story, and went through my x-rays and MRI with me step by step. I highly recommend NOT going to Dr. Ting. Personally, I feel he is a disgusting human being; without class or Social IQ. He doesn’t sound like he knows what he is doing at all. I would recommend checking out several other doctors in the area. There are loads of Orthopedic doctors around the Fremont area. I went to 3. Dr. Ting was the worst by far. Dr. Ting receives 0 stars from me. However, Jasmine, his assistant was quite helpful after my appointment. For that I am grateful, and would give her 4 stars. So the overall i'll give 1 star. Go to Dr. Ting if you must, but I highly recommend going to another Doctor to see how patients should be treated. He was TERRIBLE.

Dr. Ting and his team are great. He really listens to you and then applies his strong depth of knowledge and experience to identify and treat the issues accurately. The last time I saw him was for a second opinion after another school recommended doctor had diagnosed and it turned out Dr. Ting's diagnoses and treatment was different and got me back performing on field more quickly and safely. I also love his new offices.

This was the most amazing medical experience EVER! I have never felt more comfortable in a medical facility everything from the entry to the exit is exceptional!!! This is a well thought out facility everything you need in one location. This injury has been an educational learning experience Dr.Ting and staff makes sure you understand how your body parts work! Every visit gave me a little more knowledge on how to take better care of myself as I heal and continue to have the best quality of life . They make you feel/treat you like an Olympian. The genuine care provided is definitely the BEST this universe has to offer !!! Thank you Dr.Ting and Staff!!!

My husband has been seeing Dr Art Ting since 1998. Even though it is about a 2 hour drive for us, we have learned it is well worth the trip. Dr Ting is definitely a first class Orthopaedic surgeon and has a great staff. We highly recommend Dr Ting and his staff.

Dr Ting was most efficient, knowledgeable, and insightful. The Sports Rehab facilities were state of the art, with unlimited resources for exercises and modalities for treatment. The facility is run exceedingly efficiently and their attention to cleanliness is outstanding. All the personnel were most professional, as well as being very friendly. Carlos was amazing, Initially my balance and motor skills made my execution of the drills hard, but he showed incredible patience and understanding of my condition. With his continued encouragement my mobility and balance improved. Every session he found different ways to help me recover. His expert knowledge was the key to my recovery. I will be eternally grateful to Dr Ting and all his staff for giving me my mobility back.

its been 6 month post op, ACL graft and meniscus removal and Dr Ting's rehab team simply is outstanding. I was able to make really good progress, meet all of the milestones (walk, bike, swim, jump rope...) and I feel better than ever. I 100% recommend them to anyone needing a second opinion re orthopedic surgery, and rehab to get you back to 100%.

I felt that I was very well taken care of and that Dr. Ting was attentive to getting my wrist back to function as smoothly as possible. My experience of physical therapy was excellent as well—I always enjoyed going to sessions because I received care in a personal way with a variety of activities and types of therapy. I’m very thankful to the entire team at Dr. Ting’s office and rehab center for helping me to heal.
