The level of care I received was great. The physical therapists were wonderful, I truly recommend them. I *did* have a significant issue with billing who claimed to have misread or misunderstood the amount of sessions my health insurance provided and didn't notice it until 7 un-supported sessions took place and sticking me with a really big, unexpected bill.

Great place! Kaiser referred me to Arroyo Physical Therapy for a shoulder injury. Their staff was very friendly, the PT's are very knowledgeable with how the body moves and shouldn't move. They gave exercises to do that strengthen my shoulder. Overall my experience was fantastic! If you have the chance to select your where you get physical therapy, I would recommend this place.

I've come here twice. Once for back issues and once for knee treatments. The staff listened, took great care of me, and were exceptionally effective. My doc and surgeon both were impressed with the recovery progress and now refer other patients here. I cannot recommend them highly enough. No problems on the billing end or rescheduling. I hope not to need to come back but if I do, they're my first call.

Greg Cox and his VRT (vestibular rehabilitation therapy) team saved my life! They taught me techniques to visually focus better while experiencing symptoms of vertigo (spinning), imbalance & unsteadiness due to a medical condition related to my inner ears. My quality of life has changed drastically from wishing I could die to being able to do nearly everything I could do before my vertigo attacks began. Thank you Greg!

My daughter wan going to therapy, but one evening she had to stay at school longer (no by choice). I called this place and told them that she was going to be late. They told me to reschedule wich I did, but 2 weeks later they sent me a bill, I called them back and explained what had happened but the woman didn't care. She said I had to pay. I will never go back to those grredy people! I guess they have never had an emergency before.
