We’ve had several interactions with them ranging from acute canine injuries, handling the passing of a much beloved pet, to annual checkups. Each experience has been handled with just the right amount of care, compassion, and attention to details necessary for both dog and human. We come prepared with a list full of questions and each and every time our questions are answered with completeness and clarity. Dr. Harmon helped with a very difficult decision to euthanize our geriatric dog. She was so kind, loving and compassionate. The love she showed for our sweet Dakota was something I will remember for a very long time. The entire staff was wonderful from beginning to end. All of you truly make a difference.

Arrowhead got my pet scheduled at the last minute on a Friday afternoon. Everyone in the office remembered Molly, and they all took great care of her. The vet even did an X-ray for FREE because we did not have the funds to pay for one. When I needed meds for my dog, the office immediately provided several prescriptions. We LOVE Arrowhead and we will not bring our pet anywhere else!

Dr. Mike and his team are amazing. Been using them now for 4 years and do not have a single complaint. the care that they provide for our dogs is the best!

Dr Mike is by far the best vet I have had the pleasure of meeting. You know without any doubt that he cares for your pet and he is so wise with so much experience and knowledge. I feel blessed to have him care for my dog and feel safe knowing that my Eva is always in the best possible hands. This Veterinarian needs to either hire more staff or turn away clients. They CANNOT fufil the needs of the current client base with the staff they have professionally, legally, and ethically. I have been to this office after waiting for an appointment for a month, to only be told the Veterinarian is just far to busy to see me and speak with me. My dog's surgery was botched by their staff, and no one spoke with me before hand to discuss the surgery. The staff acts scared of some of the dog patients and I believe that this is why they failed to speak with me about the surgery beforehand. They requested we put a muzzle on our dog(because they are making the dog scared with their actions), and stood behind the door listening until the moment we got it on. Then they jumped out from behind the door, like we are not going to catch on(really?). They grabbed the leash and took the dog saying NOTHING to us. If they had spoken with us for just a few minutes months of grief, $1,500 of extra cost and a malpractice claim would not be happening. I have a malpractice claim filed against them for this botched surgery. I believe they need to reassess the need to take on more and more clients for more money, versus providing high quality care to the entire client base. Then last week when someone requested our shot records, we found an ERROR on the dates of the shots. The shot record showed the shot was expired the same day it was given. So the requesting party had to call this office to clarify. Apparently they are so offended by their own negative actions that led to this situation, the snarky girl who answered had to share with the requesting party that "These people don't use us anymore". Instead of being professional and providing the information, they just had to share with the world their disgust with us, when they botched a surgery and customer service. So now I write a review to the world to share the disgusting inappropriate, unprofessional and uncalled for snarky attitude this office has. Good Riddance, I would rather be a former client, than one with a dead dog you might kill due to malpractice.

Dr Mike and staff are the best! Always friendly, calm and make us and our dogs feel at ease. Never over sell. We love this office and recommend them highly.
