Arrowhead Springs Healthcare Center

I volunteered here for a CNA position. I’m writing this review so you don’t send your loved ones here. This place has terrible working conditions as well as living conditions. Nurses are always battling it out for supplies because there’s barely any. When I volunteered there, the AC was not working and it was 100° outside. I was there for three weeks and still the AC wasn’t working properly. The break room is small, filthy, and very hot. There’s no filtered water just running tap-water that’s given to the residence. Nurses are bombarded with lots of patients during their shifts so dental care and daily grooming is something that’s hardly ever done. This place needs to change the way things are running or be shut down.

I came here to do my clinicals as I am ready to be an LVN. I can tell that the nurses are really passionate about what they do here. The DON and Administrator are extremely involved in patient care and Culture. I will definitely place a loved one here for physical therapy I will be applying when I’m done with school. Thank you Arrowhead for making me feel like a part of the team.

My wife was in these Hell hole of a Therapy place,well as Starting off,call time is a big joke, I've talked to the Head of the place many times , Jeff told,he doesn't know what is going on there, sitting in his office,the staff is very poor, except a few ones that are caring,my wife was denied Water on Sunday morning ,call button yesterday 40 minutes, they said they changed her a while ago,so sitting in dirty pants and wet bed,this place needs to be closed down, I've talked to almost everyone,they can't even give her the right medicine,and can't find it in the cart ,I had to help them,I already file a complaint to the State,I'm not going to stop until the get things done

I came to visit my mom at Arrowhead Springs I was very impressed with the care I even bought the nursing staff donuts for being extremely grateful for the care they provided. Thank you Arrowhead springs.!!!! Highly Recommend.

I have been in a few healthcare places like this and will tell that is a very skill facility all the nurses are very nice and really care for you the overall environment is friendly and go the extra mile to make you feel good and they care for your opinion Recently was on Acute rehabilitation in Rialto and they were nurses but not here everybody is involved in your been comfortable and well fed A shout out to the young leaders Josh and everyone involved in keeping this place running at a five star level of course to all the nurses like a young nurse JC. felix the cat🤪my LVN"s CNA's RN"s and all the crew from the front office to the clean up crew everyone here deserves a praise and a raise of pay along with the Kitchen most of the time the food in this places are bad tasting and they kill you appetite. I can't praise the facility workers enough on my trust I would place the care of my parents or a love one that needs long time care 5 stars is not enough they deserve 10 stars

Filthy. Stinks like urine bad. Nurses not allowed to say anything for fear of being fired. Patients lay in urine and fecal filled diapers. Under staffed. Do not send someone you love here. There is no compassionate care. Patients were crying all day and night begging to go home.

This place is absolutely amazing. After my mom had a fall and admitted to Loma Linda for a couple of days. She was referred to Arrowhead Springs for physical therapy. I could not be happier with the outcomes of the physical therapy team. The nursing staff was attentive, caring and extremely passionate about my mom’s care. I will highly recommend thank you team Arrowhead springs
