If I could give zero stars, would. They don’t even deserve one. I would like to know how this place stays open, because the total lack of treatment, care, or any type of concern is horrifying! The level of suffering my sister is experiencing is heartbreaking. She patiently waited for an appointment, and she was so excited to finally be seen, she thought it would be the beginning of the end of her misery. I think most people go to the doctor with an expectation of being treated and on the road to feeling better after an injury, but that’s not what has happened.. She was seen, but since that time she’s been lied to several times by the office staff. WHY?! My sister is not one to exaggerate or complain. She is the strongest person I know. She is tough, determined, full of grit, has an high pain threshold, and she will push through just about anything. I have never seen her truly afraid, or without hope——until I arrived today. I wonder if her doctor even realizes what’s going on here, because I can’t imagine a doctor allowing someone to suffer needlessly. Is it her insurance not good enough? Or is the staff incompetent? She said she was treated very nicely when she arrived to her appointment, the nurse even went and got a wheelchair for her because it was obvious how much pain she was in, and how difficult it was for her to walk. She called me after that appointment sounding relieved and optimistic. I am now taking time off take care for my sister. I’m shocked at the repeated excuses as to why a simple MRI hasn’t been ordered, WEEKS later! I am heartbroken to see the condition she is in. Her life has literally stopped. Zero compassion. Zero action taken, and no end in sight. Do not send anyone you care about to Arrowhead Orthopedics in Victorville. It is one of the worst medical decisions you could possibly make. I have never seen such incompetence, or even basic concern for a patient’s welfare in my entire life. I wonder how many other patients have experienced the exact same thing? What is sickening thought.

I and my husband just had an appointment with Dr. Jason Solomon and found him to be straightforward, honest and kind. He took time to explain my MRI results and also my husband's MRI results. I got a cortisone shot in my shoulder that didn't hurt. All the staff I saw are friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend them!

If 0 stars was an option that’s what I would choose. Dr. Allen does not care to give any care to patients. My first appointment with him he stormed out of my room because I didn’t have my MRI Disk since I was told he would be able to access my results digitally which I guess was a lie according to him. He left me there confused and thinking I did something wrong when I didn’t. A medical assistant had to come in and tell us we can go home with no next steps of action. Then I had a Telehealth appointment with him where he never showed or called. When I called the office they informed me he went home. I have all of this documented and have proof that he never called me once and never join the virtual waiting room. If you are ever assigned to Dr. Allen immediately ask for a new provider. This man does not care about patients nor does he seem to want to work. I’ve been doing the run around the last 4 months to be treated like this is depressing. If you look through these reviews seems like Dr. Allen has a history of doing this to patients- I think he needs to undergo training and evaluation.

I had my appointment today, an appointment that I had to wait two months to have. I saw Dr. Allen and what a bad experience I had, I paid $80 in copay just for him to tell me oh you don't need surgery you don't need more appointments you can look for a chiropractor or acupuncture with your insurance and I will see with your Dr about the pain medications and now, do you have any question?. Wait what!!! There was no explanation as to what I have nor a suggestion. It took maybe 2 minutes and that's it. I left there as I entered without knowing anything. He didn't show any interest. He was already standing, like he was leaving, like he was in a hurry, what a bad experience. The nurse was a very nice and so are those in the office.

I just had carpal tunnel surgery with Dr Jason Solomon. He has one of the best bedside manners♥️ and the surgery was so far a success. Dr Solomon is very concerned with your recovery. He is compassionate and thorough and makes sure that your healing is moving right along. I am moving right along as expected. I know it is going to take time to get my wrist and hand back to 100% & I can’t wait for him to do my other wrist❣️His PA & staff are wonderful♥️ and everything they did got me in to get my surgery in a timely manner. And follow ups have been in great care❣️I was about to lose all function in my hand and Dr Solomon saved it❣️Waiting to do therapy…which will be soon. I will post updates. Thank you so much Dr Solomon & Staff❣️

I hate HATE HATE this place!!!! The secretaries here are incredibly rude and the nurses and doctors are even worse!!! The PA, Anthony, was incredibly condescending and kept telling me how my issues weren’t a big deal after I already saw a specialist and it felt like he was gaslighting me the entire time. The nurses were always rude and made me feel uncomfortable. They always gossip out loud and act like no one can hear them. The nurse for Dr. Solomon was THE WORST though! While I was waiting in the room I heard her yelling at other nurses saying how she didn’t want to take my stitches off and that if they were too tight she wasn’t going to do anything and she’ll make me come back the next day so someone else could do it. Then she comes inside my room and acts like nothing happened, super fake. When she started taking the stitches off, she asked me to take my phone out and shine the flashlight for her because she couldn’t see and then she lost a piece of thread in my incision and kept digging into my skin for it which made me bleed a lot and I felt sick and thought I was going to pass out so I asked her to stop and asked for water. She looked irritated and literally put her tools on the DIRTY chair next to me and went out. Then I heard someone ask her what happened and she whispered loudly what happened and they both burst into laughter. THEN she came back and I asked to lie down and she goes on her phone and then tries to go back in to get the rest of the stitches out WITHOUT changing her gloves and with the now dirty scissors and tweezers she left on the dirty chair!!!! VERY UNSANITARY!!!! Is that how this facility runs??? I saw the PA, Anthony, the same day and he was even more condescending than before and made it sound like me wanting the surgery was a waste of time and that the specialist I saw was probably lying to me. I talked to the facility’s complainants office and told them about the nurse, but when I came back for my follow up, the nurse that was unsanitary with removing my stitches called me in and gave me the dirtiest look which meant she must have gotten in trouble after I called and I got the worst patient care after. She was practically yelling at me when I said I haven’t gone to physical therapy because NOBODY has even told me anything about it. Then a different nurse tells me they’ll call me when my insurance approves my physical therapy even though my insurance already sent me a letter of approval. I’ve been waiting for almost 2 weeks ever since, so I called them and they said I’m supposed to go somewhere else for my physical therapy? So the rude secretary gave me a different number to call THEM to schedule an appointment and when I called them they said arrowhead put in the wrong code for my referral and that I’d have to call them back to make them change it. By the way, trying to call these people is a joke, I’ve waited 30-60 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to take my call. I’m going to make sure I never come back to this joke of a medical facility. By the way after I removed the bandage from when that filthy lady took the stitches out, I found the piece of thread she lost and I took it out myself with tweezers and it was a pretty long piece of thread, I don’t understand how she missed it. I’ve been in tears out of frustration and pain that I am not able to do anything with my arm after surgery. I sorely regret EVER coming here.

This was my first visit to this facility which was very clean and well managed by the staff. Each one of the four representatives I dealt with from the beginning 5,zero to t999999999999 f,r c c. X,vii ,,,he end were very kind and attentive to my needs. Each one was very professional in answering the questions I had for them. I would recommend this facility to anyone that has need to go there.
