They don’t follow the appointment schedule it’s basically the order you walk in. The wait time takes forever. The doctors and techs forget about you in the rooms. They’re to busy playing with each other to get anything done efficiently. Been in the room for almost an hour and haven’t talked to anyone yet.

They do not have safe social distancing procedures. In fact, I've been coming here for more than 5 years and have never seen the waiting area as packed as it was today. I brought this to the general managers attention, who related to me that he's not the owner and his hands are tied. Meanwhile, everything that we seem to be learning about the spread of this virus for at risk people such as the elderly like my mom who had an appointment this afternoon are forced into this environment.

What a joke of an office. The drs don’t care and neither do the nurses. Dr prescribed meds for a herniated disc, it’s been 4 days and still nothing has been sent to the pharmacy. If you’re in need of real help, don’t expect any coming here.

"CALL IS IMPORTANT, PLEASE WAIT ON THE LINE" Hung up on me about 15 times. Even when the nurse answered and placed me BACK on hold, the call keeps "dropping" So far VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I’m currently waiting for the second day for an appointment for my son who broke his arm on December 23rd. I even pressed 1 for a call back and they do not even call you. They say that our call is very important and that they’re experiencing a high volume of calls. Obviously it’s not important enough because they don’t call you back or answer within over 50 minutes waiting for an answer. They need to hire more staff or fire the old one for not doing their job on answering calls for appointments. When I get my appointment and my son is seen and if they see him soon. Fix the problem with his broken arm. Then I will change my review immediately but until then I will have this 1 star review. If I could it be no stars by the way but 1 star it is.

I would've given 5 stars because Doctor Walker is excellent but his assistant keeps sending my prescription to the wrong pharmacy location ,its happened twice now and it's extremely aggravating and annoying. The correct location should be there system so I don't understand why the assistant keeps doing this and if your not sure of which location please assistant ASK THE PATIENT BEFORE THEY LEAVE instead of just picking whatever location you choose!!!! Makes no sense at all.
