Waited almost an hour for this place and not one person had the respect to say we are running late. And the girl at the front desk acks like she doing you a favor. Ask for a different follow locations as this place does not care about how they treat you. The lobby was full of people they over book.

I came early to my appointment, which the waiting time wasn’t that long had my daughter with me.i was in pain with my shoulder. Had a slight crook in my neck.The assistant came in and said did you do a neck X-ray ? I said no didn’t know anything about it. Doctor came in and said he will not see me or read my MRI report unless I do a neck x-ray or you can reschedule or whatever I said OK I asked assistant can I do the x-ray she said go to the front desk and schedule I started getting emotional told my daughter come on. attempt to make an appointment but I just left. The next day called to reschedule. They said I was yelling and screaming and being rude. I said no run the cameras there is no way I was yelling and screaming. I didn’t say anything to the girl at the front desk. It was almost time of closing. and that being said, the doctor didn’t want to see me told me to reschedule with somebody else that was a bunch of lies that was told on me.

Front staff needs some etiquette. They don’t have any people skills, encounters are awkward. A “ok, you can have a seat, they’ll be calling you shortly” goes a long way other than, “ok”. Ok what??? Back office MALE X-ray tech was rude!!!!! Not sure who he thinks he’s speaking to, his child??? People like this should not be in healthcare, especially with the amount of people this office gets!!!!!

Everyone is so nice, understanding and kind. I felt listened to and heard. This is my first major injury. I've never been so nervous of the unknown but the staff were compassionate. Dr. Powers was awesome. He listened to my concerns, went over my chart and even pulled up my xrays and explained them to me better. I now know what's going on and we have a plan. Please be kind to the front office staff. They were very busy when I checked in. They are doing their very best to get you in a room and seen. It could be because the doctor takes his time with you that there is a wait time. Honestly that is okay because you are heard and leave feeling confident about the care you receive. Worth the wait.

The doctor and staff are super friendly and informative. My only complaint is the scheduling. They shouldn’t over schedule the doctors if they aren’t going to see the patient at the time they schedule them. First visit I waited 3 hours to get see after my appointment and even then they forgot about me. Second appointment I waiting for an hour after the time I was scheduled.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience. Surgeon Ashah is not sympathetic at all whatsoever and his knowledge as a professional wasn't what we were expecting since I had to pinpoint an issue my husband had on his knee that he didn't seem to notice. Never took initiative with insurance company to speed things up with surgery approval. He was rude and disrespectful towards both my husband and I and he didn't seem to be concerned nor caring enough. Also his assistant Crystal was awful and not knowledgeable about what was going on and keeping us updated on status. We had to call for over 4 mths to get any type of update (which they never had). We decided to go with Dr. Vic Osbourne and within 2 weeks he had gotten us the approval and scheduled surgery. Don't waste your time and money there. Awful staff and the worse sympathy and understanding from Dr. Ashah.

Dr. Ghazal is a remarkable doctor. My appointment with him went very smoothly from the get go. I was so impressed by his level of care and attentiveness during my consultation. He thoroughly communicated complex medical information in a way that was clear and empathetic. One of the best doctors I’ve seen in a very long time.

Upon trying to make an appointment over the phone the receptionist we got spoke in a tone that screamed of not wanting to be there. Luckily, we were able to get someone else with some improved customer service and had an OK experience making an appointment. We were referred to this location by our primary doctor and were told that the office would contact us which never happened and we had to do on our end which resulted in our barely mediocre experience with the front desk. On the day of the appointment, we arrived 1 hour early and were not seen an hour after our appointment time. I was hoping things would go differently compared to what many reviews said but this was not the case. Compared to the wait time the consult and treatment time was brief. Once we were physically at the office customer service was slightly better at the front desk and the doctor and other staff that attended us once we were finally called in were polite and attentive.
