Arrowhead Orthopaedics Hemet

I had a disintegrated bone in my (r) big toe, had been dealing with pain so bad I couldn't walk. I had been going to a local podiatrist for over 2 1/2 yrs, but not getting the help I needed! Went to see Dr. Patton, at Arrowhead Orthopedics, he took one look at X-ray, and knew immediately what was wrong! Podiatrist wasn't even close to having the right diagnosis. Just had surgery on 11/15/2024, and I don't have ANY PAIN!! THANK YOU TO DR. PATTON AND HIS STAFF, SUPER NICE, VERY THOROUGH EXAMS, GREAT SURGICAL HOSPITAL IN REDLANDS! I AM SO, SO GRATEFUL.

Dr Chan is great. He did my hip replacement on September 17th, I was up and walking the next day without help. It's been 2 weeks now and there's no stopping me. Thank you Dr Chan i look forward to getting my right hip replaced.

Receptionists are nice and professional. Staff are nice enough, though unorganized. When you have an appointment to review results, you would think they would look into getting results before said appointment...? Dr's and PA's are nice also, some just don't do their job very well. Haven't followed through with physical therapy, didn't leave notes for my chart, or follow up with the person in charge of paperwork needed. No problem trying to schedule appointment after appointment, so I get bill after bill....to clear up what should have been taken care of the day of my appointment? There are probably better options out there, unfortunately they are very close and convenient...until they're not. Which may be sooner than later

No problems..appointments rescheduling etc is stress free ...nice office ..chill vibe.. very nice help..doctor was friendly and easy to talk to. Everytime I leave there I feel confident I am up to date on my plan to recovery. Which is a good feeling. Not to mention everyone in the office has a great smile that is nice from the time you get and till you say good bye.

Worst staff and Doctors ever. Still can't believe in this day and age that the color of your skin determines the treatment. M. Anderson is a joke, and so is Dr. G. Patton. Staff is so unprofessional and rude. most unprofessional staff and doctors ever, this place is a circus the staff pick and choose how to treat certain patients, especially with the wrong skin color

Words can’t describe how amazing and wonderful the entire team at Arrowhead Orthopedics are with my mother. Very professional and caring her Physician Matthew Anderson listens to our concerns and gives her the care she needs to ease her pain and recommends the right treatment making me feel peace of mind. I would recommend this place 100%. Happy Patient

My appointment went incredibly smooth with almost zero wait time. The staff was efficient in every aspect while providing excellent patient care. I wish all of my medical appointments could be a easy as this experience.

Very welcoming staff in the front desk. The doctor explained very well my daughter felt comfortable. My daughter was put in a cast and the nurse was very gentle. I am very happy with the service
