Arrowhead Orthopaedics Beaumont

Called to set up an appointment about two weeks ago. Gave them all the information. Adjuster, phone number, and insurer. All for the employee who “took the information”, not to call at all. I called again today, and the little girl who answered didn’t know how to use a computer. I was in disbelief as I had to explain how you open a pdf.

Kelsey was just great! She came in knowing my situation and not expecting me to explain everything from the beginning. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. She did give me a shot in my knee but besides that, she was wonderful lol

I arrived about 15 minutes late, but I called to let them know I was going to be s little late. The front desk lady said it's okay because they have a 15 minute grace period I arrived and waited 10 more minutes. They called me in to a room where a technician there got my visit with PA ready. I waited in medical room for over 30 minutes when finally PA came in. She was very nice and thorough. My only complaint was the long wait, as I had to go to work and didn't want to be late.

I was greeted upon arrival by very friendly and professional staff members. The doctor was great He understood exactly what was going on with my shoulder, A very nice and pleasant person greeted me out walking me to the exit door. The whole experience was great and I appreciate it.

The location for me is great, the receptionist are very nice, always friendly. My therapist Emily is so nice and patient with everyone and her assistant is always there to assist .They are really nice people they make you feel welcome and glad to see you, and I am glad to see them.

Very comfortable area in lobby. Friendly staff. Took me early because I drove from out of town. Very understanding of my concerns & questions, problems. Efficient in all areas. It very far from me but will recommend to others.

Dr. Elsissy has been great from the first appointment I had with him. He thoroughly explained the diagnosis, treatment and TKR surgery options. I was scheduled for surgery soon after meeting with him, and the experience was very pleasant, and all the staff at teh surgery center were wonderful. I felt comfortable knowing he was a man of faith and shared his blessings and prayers for a successful surgery. The postoperative experience was smooth, and healing was better and quicker than I expected. His surgical technique was impeccable, and I have a very smooth, clean incision scar. After three months, my mobility is close to what it was years ago, and I anticipate being able to return to some of my physical activities soon.

It was my first appointment with Matthew Anderson and I loved that he is caring and listened to my concerns about the torn meniscus in my right knee. I’m happy to have him as my doctor. On the other hand, his receptionist must have been having a bad day because she was short with her words and not helpful from the start. She was the same way when I made my next appointment. That’s why I gave a four star review.
