Sam is awesome! Not only is he queer and so he brings personal experience to his practice, but he's incredibly patient, professional, and personable. Every time I struggle with an exercise he knows how to adjust the intensity or objective so that I can work my way to where I need to be. Can't recommend him enough.

Sam Arrow has been my Pelvic Therapist for 5 years. She takes her time to listen to any concerns, problems, is extremely empathetic and makes modifications that fit you and your needs. Sam has made a difference in my life. She helps me by teaching me how to relax and manage pain from home and with regular visits relieves pelvic floor tension, that for me also causes many other problems in my body. I can’t say enough about Sam, and her practice. I highly recommend her. Pelvic floor therapy will truly help and Sam Arrow is the best.

Throughout the entire visit Sam mentioned everything they were about to do. This made me feel ready, prepared, safe, and knowledgeable about the physical therapy I was being given. I was having intense pain that wouldn’t allow me to even sit and stand up without hurting and after my first PT session I was already feeling less pain and was even able to dance!! Highly highly recommend!!!
