I received PT at Arnot Horseheads after knee replacement and regained full use without pain. I appreciated how my therapist had real interest by taking time to discuss my symptoms, concerns and treatment options at every session. I observed that all the therapists took this approach with their patients. I had other PT providers closer to home but chose Horseheads. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
I was referred to the Arnot Health Horseheads Physical Therapy Program to strengthen my legs and increase mobility. I mainly worked with Nicole and sometimes Chris. I can't say enough to express my appreciation for the care and encouragement shown me. I especially appreciated Nicole providing copies of the exercises used in our sessions so I could continue workouts at home. I feel I made progress to meet my goals although There are still issues I need to work on. I regret that I needed to leave the program for personal reasons but intend to return in January. I would be remiss if other stall were not mentioned. All were friendly and made me feel welcome and had a greeting or comment as they passed by on their way to assist their client. The facility was clean and well cared for.
You won't find a more wonderful, more professional, more caring group of therapists anywhere else. They're great.
