I had as great therapist who was respectful, friendly and helped me to improve my mobility and increased my functional level. We worked on putting together a home exercise program to continue my recovery. I highly recommend Armada Physical Therapy.

Pretty typical PT mill. Each appt is only 40 minutes long and you're often double or triple booked. I was always only working with the PTA and sometimes even they were too busy with other clients so I was working with front desk staff. During the month I was there I probably saw the actual PT for about 20 minutes total. Would highly recommend finding a place where you work with the PT during the session. There is a reason my new PT told me that no PTs enjoy working at Armada.
Great experience every time. Taylor has been super helpful and the rest of the team is always there ready to lend a hand. Highly recommended!

I had such a horrible experience here. The guy I saw refused to listen to me and understand what I’ve already been through; what I’ve already done and how it made me worse. he just kept saying that he doesn’t believe in chiropractors and he doesn’t believe in modalities and he doesn’t believe in treatments and that I am unwilling and afraid to be in pain just because I don’t want to repeat the same things I’ve already done over and over again that did not work! he’s so arrogant to think that him doing the same exercises would help me when It only made me worse before. He was so rude and condescending and argumentative, zero compassion. he should not be in patient care if you don’t care about taking care of patients and listening to them & taking them seriously. I’m the one that’s been through all of these things and I’m the ones in my body and knows what it feels like and he just disregarded everything I said. He just kept saying well I don’t know that and I don’t believe in that. He Clearly had zero intention of helping me and caring about me as a patient.
This is my fourth Physical Therapy I have ever been to. Two were in East Texas. Of the two in Rio Rancho I have to say that Armada has it hands down. I love the exercises. They are much better for me. The PT and PTA listen to what I am telling them about my pain and limits. Not that they let me off the hook for exercising. But, the exercises fit my needs much better. I give Rio Rancho Physical Therapy a five-star rating! Everyone there is so compassionate and caring. Therapy is no walk in the park, but it is worth the effort. The techs are knowledgeable and helpful with how you are to do each exercise. I was truly impressed.
In Pain??? Beautiful location with lots of windows. John and Tim genuinely care about my pain and helping me get better. I’ve already feel much improvement in my pain from the exercises and dry needling. Everyone here is very nice give it a try!
