The techs at Armada are knowledgeable, caring professionals. I had my shoulder work managed by their team and the results were exactly what I’d hoped for. They when straight to work diagnosing my problems and assigning exercises for me to do between visits. They took time to help me understand my anatomy and injury so I could better understand how the treatment would help. I went in with pain that limited my strength and range of motion. After 10 visits I was moving better and had only slight motion limitations. Now I have a good understanding of how my shoulder injury came about and an ongoing treatment plan to keep me away from future shoulder troubles. I recommend Armada Physical Therapy with confidence to anyone suffering pain and limited motion for whatever reason. I believe they can help you as they helped me. Craig G

Armada PT on Jefferson is AMAZING. I have been coming for IT Band Syndrome and they have really helped me to start to heal. Their physical therapists are well versed in anatomy and physiology. They also use other forms of therapy such as dry needling and cupping which has helped tremendously. Armada also uses an app to keep track of my days when I need to do the assigned exercises and it runs me through each exercise as well as times me to let me know when to start, stop and go on to the next exercise. Very professional and I highly recommend them.

A year ago, I had Rotator Cuff Tear. The doctor had recommended surgery. But I chose to go to Armada at Jefferson. When I started going for treatment, starting with the receptionist, the whole staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Because of their friendly atmosphere, I am on my way to recovery. They treat every patient as a family member. Kim deserves special mention. Before considering surgery, my message is that you try physical therapy. Anu.

I have been receiving treatment after major abdominal surgery. Exceptional service, kind and caring staff, from the front Desk to the multiple PT I have worked with. I always get great information, advice, and understanding of what we are doing, why, and what is next. Highly recommend the Jefferson office! One of the best providers I have ever had.

I was a recently client/patient of Armada on Jefferson and they do deserve Five Stars, but I have to say I was a bit disappointed after a three sessions. In my opinion I think that one therapist should be assigned to go through the entire PT program with their patients, and by doing so, it can beneficial in overseeing the treatments and progress. When I first started I could barely get out of bed due to pain in my hips. Now I feel perfectly normal. The staff is great. Friendly and professional. I would recomend Armada to anyone needing physical therapy.

I am not the best customer for physical therapy. I often find reason to cancel and am not the best for follow up at home. The staff at Armada were supportive and kind and encouraging anyway. They are good at what they do and I got drawn into the kindness and friendly people there.
