The people at Arm Dynamics are so thoughtful and caring and also extremely good at what they do. From the initial contact with Elvia to the intense care from Scott and Abby. They custom fit both a day to day prosthetic as well as a passive (special occasion) tip for my left index finger. You will love working with them!

Arm Dynamics and the staff at the Houston branch are amazing. You will be greeted by Elvia, one the friendliest people you will ever meet and she will make sure everything goes smoothly and will help you in any way she can. Harwin will assist getting any items/tools that will make your daily activities easier. Plus, he makes sure you know how to use your new device and use it with proper body mechanics. Scott is meticulous and precise with every adjustment he makes. He will listen to any and all suggestion and find common ground for what works for you and is mechanically aesthetic. All in all, they are an amazing group that will treat you more like a friend than just another patient.

The professionals at Arm Dynamics are top notch! I had a minor injury compared to what others have to deal with, however they treated me with respect and dignity every time I saw them! They take a genuine interest in your life and work hard to provide care that will see you get back as much normality in your life as possible! They are in depth and detail oriented so the results are as good as can realistically be expected. They are sincere and it is obvious they want the best outcome for each patient. I’ve nothing but praise for Scott and Harwin, however, Elvia holds it all together for them to make it a great team! The level of care mentally and physically that I have received from this group is worth more that 5 stars. I really appreciate the attention to detail in every session that I receive. From the making of the product to the physical therapy, all gave me the confidence I need to enjoy life as usual. They really do care about every person who walks in the door. Have been seeing Scott here for going on 4 years now and I can tell you choosing them to handle my upper limb prosthetics after my amputation was my best thing I could have done! They gave me their best advice 4 years ago and today I can tell you it has been spot on, any issue I’ve had they’ve squeezed me in their schedule to get it fixed. Every time I visit there I enjoy my self they are and have been very welcoming every time I’m there. They follow up on how things are going with the arm as well as my self. I would highly recommend them for ANY upper limb differences you or a loved one may have. The care is exceptional.

Absolutely a great place with great people and great service. Not only were they professional but offered a genuine sense of caring for my son. After countless calls to other companies and doctors with no response, we reached out to Arm Dynamics, and within a day Mrs. Elvia had us set up with an appointment. After the first visit we knew we found the RIGHT place. After talking to Scott and Harwin for five minutes we knew right then and there that THEY GET IT they know what my son needed. Even as we navigated around a pandemic with virtual meetings and phone conferences, they constantly reached out and kept in touch. Mrs. Elvia in front office handled all the paperwork, insurance and phone calls, which allowed us to focus on the ultimate goal which was getting our son the help he needed. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Arm Dynamics. We have been using the Houston location for almost 3 years. My daughter was born without a left hand. We knew early on that we wanted explore the option of prosthetics if was going to ease her way of live. Diving into a world of unknowns can be scarry and overwhelming for new parents. The team at Arm Dynamics helped us navigate the insurance part while Scott (in Houston) helped us expore the options in prosthetic devices that would be the best fit for our child. At the time she was 3 and we decided on a passive device to get her used to wearing a prosthetic. Scott and his team were there to make sure it looked good and fit comfortably. A year or so later my daughter started gymnastics and needed something to help with tumbling and the bar. Scott was able to modify the passive device so that it functioned for every day use as well as for use in the gym. Since that time, our daughter has grown and Arm Dynamicshas grown with us. We've moved on to a myoelectric arm for every day use and an activity specific hand for sports. The team at Arm Dynamics are only a phone call away to answer any questions or to schedule our next appointment. They are always able to work around our busy schedule and take wonderful care of us at each appointment. Prosthetic is a life long journey for our family and we are happy to have Arm Dynamics on our team.
