Other than the extremely long wait time, everything was perfect. We love Ruth & adore Dr Brown… he has been one of the most compassionate Doctors I have had in 3 yrs. I appriciate him taking immediate action & making me feel like a new person the next day!!! I’m VERY PLEASED.

I truly love and appreciate Dr. John Brown. Finding a doctor that not only sits and asks how you are doing? and, truly cares is a miracle at this day and time. We need more doctors like him. Dr. John Brown is one that best physician's I've ever dealt with, and having several medical issues, I can assure you I've dealt with a lot physician's. He treats you with a heart, not just a static, and I truly wish he would go back to having General Practice office, again because would be one his first patients... I can't begin to explain how much I TRULY like him, both as person and doctor!

Dr. Brown is awesome. So thankful he is my Doctor there now. I was actually going to find another Doctor. Then Dr. Brown came and that changed. I'm not going anywhere else now. He actually cares for his patients and that's what I look for in a Doctor. The whole jacksonville office is so nice.

Dr. Brown is the type of doctor that will sit and talk with patients. He will sit and answer all questions. He explains everything real clear. His staff is really friendly.

Dr Brown is very personable. He took time with me, asked questions and allowed me to ask questions. He explained everything I did not understand. His nurse made me feel very comfortable. His front desk lady was friendly too. A great experience from the time I entered until I left!

Dr. Brown is amazing. He is better than a five star dr, if I could he would get 11 stars from ne. He honestly cares, and listens to the patient. He always cones in the room with a smile, and is very eady to talk to. He takes time with his patients and explains what the issue is in a way you can fully understand. He actually looks at you when he talks to you not the computer screen the entire time. I have a few health issues and see specialists for them, Dr. Brown is my favorite. No matter how bad my pain is when I go he always brightens my day. I super highly recommend Dr. Brown.
