Arkansas Spine and Pain

I actually changed to the Conway AR location due to unprofessional treatment at the Little Rock AR office on Markham Street. Dr. Angela has excellent bedside manners. She is very caring and listens to what you have to say. I was not aware that I needed to go get my medication without a call from the pharmacists. (My fault). I also changed my pharmacy in order that I could pick them up all at the same pharmacy I use for all my additional medication. Filling out a form was required however it was not used to call in the prescription. (Really) Staff please pay close attention to your patients. If we are held to an upmost regard concerning your rules, please pay close attention to our request. We really don't want to feel like a number. Pain is no joke.🥲

4 tries to even get an appointment got canceled 3 times due to no doc or some other reason. So 4 months of waiting to get in. Told I would be receiving a shot on first appointment only to find out that was not the case. Lucky owner was there and made it happen. Drug test every appointment no history of illegal drugs. On follow up after x-rays (already had mri before first appointment) was told I has degenerative disc disease need spacers in my l3 thru l5. Signed paperwork to get on the schedule. Called today almost a month later not even a note in my file about any procedure. Owner was in the room when all this happened. I will be looking for a new doc again.....

This business requires you to submit to a drug test before they will even let you see a doctor. They don't tell you that the drug testing costs $661! The cost to me after insurance is $158.51. They explain that this drug testing is required for liability reasons. "What if the patient is on drugs that are incompatible with a prescription?" I have never experienced anything like this at any other practice. If this business wants to require drug testing to protect itself from potential liabilities, then the cost of this testing should be covered by the business. They require this drug testing regardless of the care they ultimately provide and regardless of whether they prescribe a controlled substance. The only benefits I received from this clinic was a referral for an MRI, a referral to a surgeon, and a referral to a physical therapist. I don't see how any of these benefits relate to the excessive drug screening. There is no incentive for AR Spine and Pain to negotiate costs of the drug testing or to search for the most affordable testing. Since they don't incur the cost, they don't limit the drug testing to patients that require prescriptions for controlled substances. I would be happy to sign any waivers stating whether I am taking any other drugs, and this should put any liability on me. This is especially true for individuals that have no medical or legal records of illegal drugs.

Wonderful woman, very empathetic and a great listener. Takes her time and very thorough. Would recommend her as a physician.

Was a little but of a wait. But totally worth it. I walked in with so much pain and they took thier time to discuss my situation and I walked out of there with a whole lot less pain and they scheduled surgery pretty quick to get me out of pain totally. Awesome folks. Love Ms Mooney she is amazing!

I've been a patient with Arkansas Spine & Pain for about two years. I've never had a bad experience at the Conway or Jacksonville locations. All staff and nurses are always very kind and communication is great. I saw them two weeks ago for an epidural procedure and it went better than I expected. The nurses were very kind and explained everything, as well as made sure I was comfortable prior to starting. It's because of this great team managing my chronic pain, that I'm able to be as physically active as I am. Thank you ASAP!

Mrs. Angela is one of the sweetest person I have ever seen! She tries to explain any questions you have! God Bless Her and Her Staff! Dr. Tolba is very understanding and takes the time to listen too! In all,I think it's a great place and good environment! So clean every time I go !

Ms. Angela provides a very detailed and personable medical experience. I have a pain clinic just 10 minutes from my home, but their service I found very cold and uncaring. I drive or have my son take me an extra 40 minutes just see Ms. Angela. I would recommend her to anyone experiencing chronic or acute pain!
