Arkansas Spine and Pain

I love my spine and pain dr Mrs Stephanie. She is so compassionate and listens and I couldn't of met a better person . I love her nurse that works with her as well she is just as amazing as Mrs Stephanie. I brag to everyone about my Dr. I also recommend her to anyone who is needing a Dr like her. She is the best

Dr. Stepanenko and her staff have been my Angels! She helps treat my pain, but most importantly she LISTENS. She'll provide recommendations and allows you, the patient, to make the overall decisions. Her staff is amazing and so warm and friendly. From Dr. Stepanenko to her staff, they all treat me with class and dignity. I don't live nor work near her clinic but distance doesn't matter for me when it’s time to see her. She's just that good.

Once the doctor took the results of my urinalysis, I felt an attitude was developed. I had no say in my treatment . She implied I was taking my pen meds together and could kill myself. I have a 30 day supply of prn's that is a year old with pills left in the bottle. Give me a break. Treated for pain? NO I wasn't. I felt like a deer in the headlight without any explanation at all from me. I will not be back and be treated with disrespect. I am a nurse. I have worked in alcohol & drug admissions. I understand what doctors have to put up with in this area. It is not easy. Judgement was passed and I was not cared for. I will do PT under my primary care, go on anti-Inflammatory diet, water therapy . I won't be back. I was truthful and upfront with my medications and treated very uncaring and lumped in with everyone else like a drug seeker.

I have been a patient of Michelle Parish now, for over 5 years. I love her personality. She is a very good Doctor she really cares about you. Not just pain management. I have talked to her about other problems that I have had and she has helped me through them having had Heart problems she was there for me to listen to me and show genuine concerns I also love that you're seen in a very timely manner. You do not have to sit there and have along wait. Thank you be my doctor and advice. 💞💞

Dr Stepanenko is a fabulous Dr. she is very perceptive and receptive. She located an area of pain for me that I did not even that is where the pain was coming from. She is friendly and professional at the same time. She will listen to your concerns and suggest answers for you. I would highly recommend her to anybody experiencing chronic pain.

Dr. Stepanenko and her staff are very friendly , efficient, and professional. My appointments are always on time. They take however much time they need to treat you , but get you in and out and back to work. Thank you Dr Stepanenko and staff !

Dr. Michelle Parish is exceptional. She takes the time to listen to my pain and then gives solutions to my situation. She is awesome. I have tried other doctors before I finally found Michelle. Thank God for her.

They are a great team of specialists that will try and help anyone. They truly listen and get to know you as a patient and will go above and beyond for you. They are extremely great people and very friendly environment. I would recommend to anyone who can not control their moderate to sever pain. Hope all is well and this helps.!
