Arkansas Rehabilitation Services: North Little Rock

I call and call just to be put through to their voicemail every time, yet they say they want to help me. It's been weeks and no reply, yet they work with other clients. I've called crying on the phone asking for help with employment and driver's license and have only heard from my counselor twice, both times saying they'll have to get back to me. This is the only rehab that serves my area or I'd go to another one. Beyond fed up, because I used to have great services from them years ago. I don't know why they changed. They constantly say one thing and don't do it.

Horrible customer service to the people with mental disabilities and need help. Very unorganised and untimely.
