I went from Hartford to see my Aunt Traffic was pretty heavy, so I was pass the hour of visitors. They let me in for an hour, The place was pretty clean and the bathroom too. She has been taking care of her feet wounds. The only thing is that some of the others patient like going in others room patients. She told me cannot sleep well.

My Mom has been in the facility twice, before and after the new management. There has been tremendous changes with the new management. They are well-staffed which gives me comfort knowing that especially that Mom is a fall risk. Great in communication with updates. Thank you for taking care of my Mom!

Google "St. Camillus Fines" for all you need to know. I have personally witnessed them refuse to stop sending my diabetic father food like sugar cookies which could seriously harm him. They are going to get someone killed and ought to be shut down. Shame on everyone involved. Will be filing complaint with DPH.

If I could give them less than one star, I would give it to this place. It is terrible. The so-called nurses in this place have no hygiene. They wanted to touch a fitula that they caused bleeding with their hands without gloves. The food they provide to patients is a disaster. This place is like a horror movie. If you want your family member not to get worse or even die, don't send him to this place, it's a garbage place.

My stay here was beautiful. The workers on the 3rd was exceptional. Compare to other facility they served the best food. The only improvement will be increased staffing if that could be allowed. But the staff worked hard and very caring, the overall facility is beautiful and great service.

My mother lives here and gets adequet care. The cna's are lovely, caring people. I wish they would put fans in the bathrooms and better ventilate the entire building. Even an automatic air freshener would help. I do hear about cold dinners and long waits for assistance. Perhaps a little under staffed?? If you maintain contact with the staff, you can help be sure your loved one is being taken care of properly.

I was very pleased to have selected St. Camillus Center for my recovery after my surgery. I found the entire staff polite, personable and professional. The administration to nursing, physical rehab, C.N.A.'s, the entire staff could not be more on point. Having stayed at St. Camillus has been a tremendous asset to my recovery. Thank you all!

My mother was admitted on Tuesday afternoon, she had fractured her ankle in 3 places, needed help for everything. She was placed in a bed and left there. Her medication was not administered correctly, she was rarely checked on, food was not administered for someone with diabetes. She is going home today because she is not comfortable there, doesn't feel that she is being attended to. I am very disappointed with the entire experience.
