Hi, I was new to the office and I felt welcomed and wanted..The staff are beautifully amazing, helpful, and extremely supportive. A great thing about the office is that they make sure medications are called in the same day your seen. I able love how the staff greets the patients as they walk in. The friendly environment really can change a bad day into a good day. Staff is always smiling as well.

What does this place not do? Amazing family practice saw Brian Carson so knowledgeable & caring. The staff was absolutely amazing. I also saw Dr. Shawn Lambert for my neck & back issues, he is just as amazing, due to a car accident, & no out of pocket cost. The staff is great always so friendly!

Staff are very polite and nice always greeting you with a smile. What is asked for gets done the same day. The provider is great at what he does he knows what he is doing and cares about his patients. In over all the office is amazing give this a 5 star.

Amazing staff! Front desk was very helpful and welcoming. My medical assistant was so quick to get me back. Brian the PA took his time and listened to what I had to say without a rush and gave me all resources necessary. I would highly recommend!

I'm giving this place a one star even though in my opinion, they deserve no stars at all. This doctor is all about just taking as much money as he can from you by making up bogus charges. I went to this place because I have pain in my wrist, before even looking at my wrist the so called Doctor asked me for an MRI that I already had done. Long story short at the end of the visit all he did was wrap my wrist with KT tape. When it was time to pay they charged me the deductible, my insurance for a brace (that was not done) and additional few hundreds out of pocket money. All this just for the Doctor to ask me if I want him to wrap my wrist to help with the pain. He never told me that he was going to charge me an arm and a leg for using KT tape. This was all a scheme to collect money from my insurance and myself! Stay away from this doctor with his fake charges on his claims to get extra $$.

The worst ever. Do not go here. They have no respect of your time or your privacy. I had to reschedule my lab results all week because they were late every time! And i still don't have my result. Unless you have time to just sit around to wait for their call all day, do not go here. Also, they do not cover up the sign in sheet and the rooms are not sound proof. You will hear EVERYTHING' that's being discuss in the next room. I went here because it was close but I'm never going back. They also messed up my billing!

My experience with the doctor was absolutely fine. The billing issue I dealt with is why I'm leaving a negative review. I got a bill 6 months after my visit, saying they didn't charge me enough during my visit. I didn't even bother arguing, I wrote a check and mailed it the same day I received the letter. They cashed the check 2 days later. One month later, I get a collections letter, over the same amount! They not only had already been paid, but still turned it over to a collection company. It's a $45 charge, I've wasted far too much time for their bad billing practices.

I was referred to this doctor by the chiropractor our lawyer had us go see after a car accident. From day one the doctor was helpful, informative and was genuinely concerned about how to make us more comfortable with the post accident issues my girlfriend and I were dealing with. I have never felt like he had only one method of care for either of us. The physical therapy that he recommended for us is the right way to have us heal and get stronger. They even took my girlfriend on as a patient the same day I had inquired about doing so. We are both extremely satisfied with the care we've received this car and will be keeping this Dr for years to come!
