Nothing but good things! I’ve been seeing Julie at AZ Performance Institute for about 5 weeks. I’m a second time postpartum mom and pelvic floor issues led me to seek physical therapy. In just over a month Julie has helped me feel a lot more confident in my recovery, ability, and my future. The facility is nice, all the staff is really friendly, great vibes all around.

I went to Arizona Performance Institute. I saw at various times three therapists - Bri, Brady and Julie. All three are incredible, knowledgeable and thorough. It’s been a little over two months since surgery and I am walking up and down stairs, walking 1 to 2 miles a day and my knee is getting more and more flexible. You are never handed off to an assistant; the therapist stays with you the entire time. They patiently listen to all concerns and answer every question. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Everyone seems interested only in getting you well. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for excellent physical therapy.

I saw Kayla for my pelvic floor physical therapy to help me get back to weightlifting and jumping postpartum. She was incredibly warm, professional, knowledgeable, and always ensured I felt comfortable. All the staff are very friendly, the private rooms are nice and quiet, scheduling is a breeze, and the gym space has everything you could ask for.

Brady and everyone else on the AZPI team are amazing. I knew from my first experience here, that this was the Physical Therapy practice for me. It’s sports oriented and they have all the fun toys. Just starting my post-op partial knee replacement journey and am very confident in my decision to entrust my recovery to Brady and the AZPI team. LFG!!!

Had bad sciatica on right leg. Went to chiropractor, only made it worse. Have had two treatments at Arizona Performance and seeing better results. Good place to go.

Awesome staff. I went in due to a recurring lower back issue, stenosis of the spine and lumbar disc degeneration that has been giving me sciatica and massive lower back pain. Basically I was in the verge of surgery. After 2 1/2 months of treatment, (stretches, strengthening and dry needling) my back has felt the best it has in years. I highly recommend.

I joined AZPI about 2 years ago after weighing in at a chunky / unhealthy 256 lbs as well as getting diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol. Will O’Connell and the AZPI team worked with me to get my strength up, endurance up, weight down in a fun, challenging environment. With in house physical therapy (Julie, Bri, Brady) any aches / pains can be addressed quickly to get you back in the gym. For me it was life changing and exactly what I needed at the precise moment I needed it. At 54 I might be in the best shape I have been in since my 20s.

Amazing! I pay them to stab me and electrocute me, it’s great. To be fair it’s tiny needles and a TENS unit but still. Everyone there is great and I always walk out feeling better than when I walked in. I would highly recommend them to my only friend who happens to be my wife and is the one who recommended me to them. In short they are amazing and everyone should go.
