If I had to rate Desert Ridge Pain Solutions one - ten, I'd rate them an eleven! I remember my very first consultation appointment with Dr. Derian at the Gilbert location. Upon entering the room, he greeted me with a smile, a handshake and introduced himself. He asked all of the right questions, made a plan to start reducing my pain and introduced additional supplements to my regimen. I've been seeing Dr. Derian at the Desert Ridge location for a approximately 1 1/2 to 2 years now. Still to this day, he greets all of his patients in the same manner and with respect. He and his entire staff are amazing!! Let me start with Laura, the medical director... She's an amazing gem! She and the RN's (Cara & Eleise), can put an IV in without even leaving a bruise!! Those are my kind women! The other associates I really have to mention is Tony, CRNA and Babak, Rad. Tech. These two men are just as amazing and make Dr. Derian's job much easier by accommodating each other in the procedure room 😉. The last few associates I'd like to mention is Gena, Secretary, Genevieve, Receptionist and Megan, an awesome receptionist and a great asset to the team! I'm hoping to see Megan back in the office soon, as she has been dearly missed! I totally trust my life with the entire staff... And you should too! I've NOT had one bad encounter here. They're all compassionate and respectful for your well-being! Dr. Derian and his staff are stuck with me for life!!!

Dr. Derian has been a life changer! After several serious injuries I figured I had to live the rest of my life with severe pain, but I took a chance to look into what they can do and don’t regret it. They care more about the patient than the paycheck and it really shows in all that they do. I find this uncommon in most offices I’ve visited before who just want money and offer little help. Morgan at the office has been a great help answering all my questions and getting all of my appointments taken care of. Everyone else in the office is very nice and seem to be be happy working there as well. I would definitely recommend giving them the opportunity to help you.
