The girls at the front office are AMAZING!! They help me get them the documents they needed, I really appreciated their empathy, patience, and understanding. The PA I met with was so informative, and kind. First thing she let me know was I need to stop carrying such a heavy purse. She had a lot of questions for me, to be certain I received the treatment I need to hopefully heal my neck after getting nailed by a drunk driver. Everyone I met today truly care about each patient that come through their doors they all have a love to help heal and it shows in the actions and treatment you receive here. I am so grateful to have been sent here!!!

I had a great experience with AZ Pain, from front desk staff, to x-rays tech, to talking to the health professional. It’s good to know they recommend alternative treatment and definitely put your health as top priority. Kayla was attentive and sent me all the necessary paperwork ahead of the office visit, Marta was knowledgeable in reviewing that my insurance was accepted at this facility. Waiting area was lively and had great conversation with staff. Wish I lived closer to this location, but definitely worth the drive!

Visited with Dr. Thomas Moshiri of AZ Pain. He explained the MILD procedure and felt it would alleviate some if not all of my pain. We proceeded with the procedure and I've been seen for two follow-up office visits. My back pain which I have had for many years has been substantially relieved.

I absolutely love az pain arrowhead location. Kayla and Marta are so sweet and caring always willing to work with my schedule and greet me like family! Maria is an amazing Dr! I’ve been coming over 6 months and I have never felt more cared for and welcomed by such great staff. They’re amazing. I highly recommend arrowhead location.

This clinic has amazing providers and amazing staff who actively work with you to relieve your pain. The front desk workers are amazing (especially Kayla and Marta!) and always provide outstanding customer service!

Wonderful personnel at Arizona pain. Marta is the best as well as Maria the nurse practiser. Very know able made me feel like family

Rachel and Merlinda are amazing. Their PT routines challenge your body without pain. I can definitely feel an improvement everywhere they've had me stretch. All this with them having a great attitude and making it fun. Maria takes the time to check your progress and make sure you are on track with therapy and Dr Swick uses precise chiropractic techniques to keep your body adjusted.
