This office of Arizona Pain Relief has been so helpful to me. The office staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Frogley takes time to understand my unique symptoms and uses his knowledge to get my pain improved quickly. Within a week I was feeling so much better! Thank you Arizona Pain Relief?

No Brainer. You want personable people who have your best interest. This is the place. Mark, Megan, Cindy, Michelle, Elizabeth and the rest of the staff truly care. Appreciate these people taking care of me and getting my body back to a healthy status.

Dr Frogley and his medical staff are great, but I had a major issue regarding collections. Initially I was to pay $2,164.65 for my portion of my care. I was to pay no more and that my insurance already paid $7,000 for my spinal shots. However, two weeks later I get a bill for $174.98 covering $25 per visit for my treatments. When I mentioned to the girl, Chloee in the billing department about her saying that I would be paying no than the initial $2,100 +, she said "there must be a mistake, let me look into that." The following week she told me that she made a mistake and that I was to pay an additional $45 per week to cover the therapy and chiropractic treatments. This is totally unprofessional. she is now saying that I will have to stop my scheduled shots or something else to correct the matter. To me that is like purchasing a car and then the salesman saying we are going to remove your radio or air conditioning because I made a mistake. I' be been in sales myself, and when I made a mistake I found ways to correct it, and have NEVER asked the end user to pay more than the quoted price! My suggestion would be for anybody going there to get you costs all in writing and signed, stating that there would be no more future costs. Update: We are currently trying to work things out via negotiations. I hope we can because Dr. Frogley, Pat, and Jamie deserve all the best!

I couldn’t be happier with the care that I received at Arizona Pain Relief in Anthem. For me, after following the treatment plan I was prescribed, my pain completely subsided. I was thoroughly impressed with the consistent care and respect that I was shown each visit by Dr. Frogley and my Physical Therapist, Mike. I would also be amiss if I didn’t mention the fantastic front office staff! By far some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Every time I arrived, I was greeted by name and, although I’m sure they interact with many patients, their personalized touch made me feel welcome and appreciated. I highly recommend Arizona Pain Relief if you’re searching for compassionate and effective treatment for your pain.

After over 15 years of experiencing occasional, but debilitating, back spasms, I was ready to try ANYTHING to get these spasms under control. My daughter, who lives in Anthem, had been present at her Anthem Rotary meeting, where a representative from Arizona Pain Relief had spoken, and my daughter insisted that I give them a try! BEST THING I EVER DID!!! Dr. Mark Frogley, Chiropractor, Pat Domanico, PT and Jamie Ahner, PA,, worked miracles! I was released from their care today, and I am pain free! This group of professional, caring individuals, and all those who I encountered while I was being treated, including their office staff, were remarkable. I looked forward to every appointment, and was always welcomed with the utmost courtesy, dignity and respect! If you are in pain, any kind of pain, give them a visit. You'll be glad you did!

When I walked in to Arizona Pain relief, I was very pensive and guarded. After just a few minutes talking to Kim, I was at ease and ready to proceed with what they wanted to do to help me heal! Since the first day I have been impressed, and we are almost 3 weeks into my treatment and everybody there is unbelievable, and I'm doing much better. I had pain levels of 9 out of 10 when I went in there, and I only experience levels of one to two during the day now! We still have a long ways to go but I'm encouraged by the initial results. The professionalism, bedside manner, and thorough and complete follow up on a daily basis is very impressive. They have some of the best medical professionals in this building that I've seen in a long time, and I truly believe that when my 10-week program is over with I'm going to be better than I was before I injured myself. If you have any doubts about going in to see Arizona pain relief for what you're having issues with, don't wait any longer. Within the first two days after I walked in that door I had a treatment plan and relief. I will try to remember to come back and update this review, because I know that I'm only going to have more great things to say before I'm done.
