Knee replacement in 2021. My wife recommended and he was so convenient, About 4 mins. away. Alan was great. Very professional. Only works.with one person at a time even though there's 2000 sq ft and lots of machines. His facility is absolutely spotless, he's a real stickler. Therapy was no nonsense, without having to endure unnecessary pain. His therapy plan works. Highly recommend. Steve C. (Tempe).

Had surgery on my knee, after 2 year old injury that left with in intense pain with swelling. I was not looking forward to PT just days after surgery but Allen Adams was amazing! In addition to his amazing bedside manor - very warm, friendly and a great sense of humor; he is very knowledgeable and highly skilled at what he does and he really cares about his clients. The environment is warm and welcoming and he is very attentive, no matter how busy he is. He's professional and he is an HONEST businessman, returns phone calls and follows-up with the prescribing physician. He makes sure his patients are comfortable, but he certainly gets results! I feels SOOO much better and honestly, I never thought I would be at the point of feeling good and getting around this well again. Thanks to Allen, I'm wearing my high heels with confidence again!
After my hip replacement surgery, I started PT at Arizona sport & spine and Allen had me walking without my cane in just 3-weeks. I found him to be very professional and extremely knowledgeable and would highly recommend for a speedy recovery.
Amazing! Had a shoulder that was in a car accident. Alan, worked with me at my shoulder's pace. Made sure I didn't rush my healing. Both before and after surgery, explained everything that has and would happen. Very personable person. Can't go wrong choosing this business.
