Brilliant doctors, providers, and staff. ❤️ You're in good hands here. I truly believe AARA will do their best to provide their best to their patients. 🙌 Big thanks to Dijana Music and Dr. Tesser 🙌- without you two, I'd still be struggling everyday. Now I can get through each day without high impact from my conditions.

The nurse practitioner, Catherine, was so rude that after the first appointment I was too scared to come back. I was shaking with anxiety before the actual doctor even made it in the room. It felt more like an interrogation, and I immediately could tell that she wasn't going to take me seriously. It was hands down the worst doctors appointment I've ever experienced. Anytime I would answer a question she would cut me off before I could finish a single sentence. And she wasn't pleasant about it. My husband was with me and was shocked she spoke to me this way. I was so excited to finally be there after waiting for an appointment. I just wanted to know what was wrong with me so I could get back to playing with my children and working. Being my old self again. They also wanted to test my ANA while I was on prednisone when they knowingly admitted that it would affect my results. I understand some people may come there for pain, but I was coming to get better. I felt like I was immediately disregarded before they even spoke to me. Only gave 2 stars rather than one because the doctor wasn't rude to me. But even then, my follow up appointment was with Catherine so I just simply didn't go and found care elsewhere. This really broke my heart that day. I thought I was finally getting answers. Bedside manner is non-existent.

Get a second opinion! I came here hoping for some answers to the joint pains i was having as well as the oddity in my Rheumatoid Factor. The doctor only ever saw me once, I did lots of expensive labs, and x-rays only for the nurse practitioner to tell me i had nothing and that i should see their partnered holistic clinic. Basically they told me that my pains were probably just from my diet and that i should try seeing the holistic clinic to get my diet in order. I felt like everything i told them was disregarded and they only took certain factor into mind when determining my condition. I went to get a second opinion at a different clinic and , guess what, I am in the Pre-Stages of RA. This place was a waste of time and money. Definitely go get a second opinion and/or see a different specialist.

Super professional! Front desk was very helpful and patient! As for Dr Sherobeem, as expected, he knew a lot about my condition and more! So glad about how i am being treated in this facility.

Dr. Sharobeem is great. He listens and explains in ways you understand. He doesn't needlessly treat you but helps to find the best ways to help. He doesn't disregard anything you say and works with you on financial impacts. I can't say enough good about him

I have only met this person once at the beginning. Then I have only dealt with his assistant Lynse DeWolf. Lynse has excellent bed side maner, professional, and very knowledgeable about rheumatology. She a definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service provider. She has demonstrated to me skill and she is very skillful. I hope Mr Sharobeen is understanding about my opinion. He did send a request to rate him and I did honestly. Good luck in future endevours.

I have been a patient for years. First my doctor leaves. Now my primary insurance terminated and they refused to see me on my secondary insurance claiming I needed a referral. I took the day off between 2 jobs, literally drove 100 miles just to be turned away. I called my secondary insurance as I got to my vehicle and asked if what they are stating was true, they said no because I was ALREADY A PATIENT. I will NEVER return.

I've worked in healthcare many years. I have never experienced the level of incompetence and complete lack of follow through, as I have experienced the past five months from Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates. If I could give zero stars, it would be an accurate review.
