I had a very disappointing experience at this physical therapy facility and, unfortunately, won’t be returning. My first appointment, which cost nearly $200, lacked structure, guidance, and clear direction on next steps. I left without a proper diagnosis or any effective advice on how to manage my injury. The presence of an intern, while understandable in a learning environment, became a distraction rather than an asset, with too much back-and-forth uncertainty like "let’s see what we can do" or "what do you think?" This didn't instill confidence in the level of expertise or service at this clinic. Ultimately, I had to consult another physician, who diagnosed me with Shoulder Bursitis—something that requires specific treatment and exercises, including hot and cold therapy, which were not recommended here when I asked. The exercises I was given felt disorganized, and I had to repeatedly ask for clarification on what to do moving forward. The session ended abruptly with vague instructions about returning, but I received no written plan, follow-up, or exercise sheet to help retain what I’d learned or any indication that this would be followed up on. The lack of structured follow-up further confirmed that customer care and communication are not prioritized. When I raised these concerns via a follow up text, the response I received reflected little commitment to improving customer service. I hope this facility reconsiders its approach to patient care and communication, but for now, I’ll be seeking treatment elsewhere.

AMAZING! Vertigo was cleared with a maneuver ADAM performed at my first visit. I continued to be a bit fearful that it would recur, so he continued to perform the maneuver to reassure that the spinning was indeed gone. We worked on balance for a total of four visits with home exercises between - progress was evident step by step.. The therapists are well-trained, watchful, professional, and personable.

The absolute best facility ever! I am not a fan of exercise and have quit every PT facility I have ever attended. This facility is friendly, knowledgeable, and gives each patient careful attention. Best of all, I have noticed a significant change in my abilities.

I started going to Aries PT after having a total knee replacement. I did a walk-in initial consultation before the surgery, which was very friendly and informative, and I set my first session for the recommended two days after surgery. My surgeon was concerned with my range of motion and was recommending that he perform a “Manipulation under anesthesia”, something I did not want to have done. Joey set my curriculum to specifically address my range of motion and I’m happy to say that my surgeon was satisfied as well. I’ve even advanced to a point where I can do things I wasn’t able to prior to the surgery. You can observe the focus on cleanliness. All the equipment is sanitized between patients. Above it all though, is the quality of character of the people at Aries. You get to know people after spending three hours a week with them. I feel like I walked in as a patient and walked out as friends. Thank you all.

I recently visited Aries Physical Therapy for a range of treatments including dry needling, trigger point massage, and sought general advice on overall body health and maintenance through physical therapy. My experience exceeded expectations on multiple levels. The team at Aries Physical Therapy is both highly skilled and genuinely compassionate. The dry needling and trigger point massage sessions were administered with precision and a deep understanding of anatomy, providing significant relief from my muscular discomfort. The therapist's expertise was evident, ensuring I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. What sets Aries Physical Therapy apart is their holistic approach to health and wellness. In addition to the specific treatments, I received invaluable advice on tailored exercises and lifestyle adjustments that have had a positive impact on my overall well-being. This personalized guidance reflects a commitment to long-term health, not just immediate relief. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. The staff maintains a professional yet friendly atmosphere, creating an environment conducive to healing and progress. I highly recommend Aries Physical Therapy to anyone seeking comprehensive care for their physical well-being. The expertise, compassion, and dedication exhibited by the team make it clear that this is a place genuinely focused on the long-term health and recovery of their patients.
