Currently my mom is in this facility and I researched the reviews and we decided it would be a decent place for her to receive care. The facility smells nice staff are nice til something goes wrong. My mom's bed didn't lock it was broken they put a towel underone wheel and told her maintenance will fix it in the morning. I'm pleased to know all the beds are new and the maintenance man did come in and stated the button needs to be pushed first, then he locked the bed. The CM, Jeremiah did a great job addressing my prior concerns and I'm very happy to note the discharge requests were all addressed and since this post all is well!

There is very little diversity at this facility (which is illegal) most employees are Asian and some African most employees are older in age and struggle to perform work duties. There is neglect of the residents. Management and other office personnel are incompetent. There is predatory behavior amongst the employees at the facility. If you are American they expect you not to report or complain about anything or there is retaliation and they will go out of their way to make sure you are uncomfortable. This is America and our health system is being run by foreign entities with agendas seeking the highest positions and pay. The employees here are rude and professional they will walk around speaking in their language very loudly and with little regards towards others. The management fabricates false complaints to fire CNA’s and have very expertise as far as their job position goes. They will cover for their own race or other people who they do somewhat care for.

A very nice and clean community of patients and staff where recovery between the hospital and home is accomplished. Arden Park did more for my wifes recovery in the first two days than Sutter Medical Center did in the ten days she was there. The staff has her practice sitting on the edge of the bed and standing up on a daily basis! I recommend Arden Park for anyone needing a little help during their transition from the hospital to independant living at home and for getting back on their feet in as little time as possible. Update to August 25 review of Arden Park Post Acute: My perspective is from that of a visitor to the Arden Park care facility: As a visitor, I look for some key aspects of any care facility where I have a loved one recieving care: #1 is how clean the place looks and (lets be honest), smells. I am happy to say they get high marks regarding both. Next is friendlyness toward guests. They have done a good job of making me feel welcome here. I have had questions about their policy for prescriptions brought on by the patient, about leaving and returning after visiting hours, and about getting a cup of ice for the patient--all questions were given immediate attention. And finally, the phhysical therapy gets the highest rating from both the patient and myself. Certain physical milestones must be reached before my patient is released to our home and the therapist knows exactly what they are and works with her five days/week for up to two hours per session to achieve these milestones. Most impressive is the open air location of the therapy in the facilities courtyard, and the flexibility of the soundtrack used during the sessions which was recently actual concert footage of her favorite artist, RHCP! Which no doubt is the reaso shes coming home tomorrow!

My brother is in long term care at Arden, so I can compare service to prior owners. He is settled in, and very well cared for. I am extremely involved in his needs and care, and am visiting every week, sometimes several times a week, at different times/shifts. The staff are "on it", clean, caring, courteous, understanding of all patient's needs. They will let me know if something is amiss. It's a difficult job... we don't live in the mindset of the patients, they do! With grace and dignity. I've referred 2 patients to Arden, and would do so again in a heartbeat. If you are concerned... say something, ask questions, they listen. UPDATE... the facility continues to thrive. The new Ownership have taken control and I see improvements every week. The Staff are involved in making the patients and long term residents as comfortable and well taken care of as they can. Outstanding service!

I visited a friend this afternoon in this facility. He looked well cared for. He is still able to get around as he recovers from a bad fall. He mentioned the food could be a little better but that the staff was alert and responsive, very attentive to his needs... Cell phone reception is not good but my friends told me to drop in anytime!

Jeremiah and many other Arden staff did a fantastic job putting together a holiday dinner for the residents and their families tonight! The food was really good and the room was decorated so festive and the dining tables were so pretty with beautiful table settings. We felt like we were eating at a fine dining restaurant! And the violinist was a fabulous touch. He was fun as he interacted with the residents and their families moving from table to table while playing great old songs. I hope Arden is able to have more fun events like this one. It sure put a smile on many of the resident faces. Thank you Arden and Staff for all your hard work and an excellent time!

My mom was at Post Arden Acute for a brief few months while we arranged for transfer back to a facility near us in Tennessee. Cain, in the social services department, absolutely went above and beyond to assure we would be able to make the process and smooth as possible ! He , along with other staff I personally saw , are very dedicated to the care these patients get . Cain specifically blew my expectations out of the water with his time and effort’s that he put to getting my Moms transfer ready for action. Other staff I interacted with seemed to really have personal connections with the patients , which helps improve several aspects of having to be in a facility like this . The positivity her favorites nurses brought in everyday was a huge blessing to see. She had a whole team behind her making this transfer happen , and as happy as we are to have her back in the same state, we definitely will always remember this facility and the people . Thank you Post Arden (& Cain ) for everything you’ve done for us !!

I'd like to say that Arden Park is one of the best places I ever stayed at and that I came here at a zero and I'm leaving at a 10. I really enjoyed my stay and the food here and they were very kind. Activities were very great, I love the bingo bucks and there's a lot of beautiful women here and a lot of great guys and I love to say that if I had to come anywhere else to stay I would love to come stay here but I'm well now
