Lovely doctor , told them I wanted to pay with my credit card instead of using my insurance only 2 visits And Kate wouldn’t give me the 20% discount like boo noo… So I Told y’all to charge my credit card and y’all still charge my insurance , I ask you Kate what’s cheapest going through the insurance or pay credit card and y’all still charge my insurance and my credit card lol… Y’all freaking thieves ….. insurance scammers uuuhhuu Lala..disappointed y’all be ripping off ppl when y’all live in a lovely place .. I want my refund 😶… like ima charge this guy 500 bucks from his credit card , and 200 from his insurance, he probably don’t even go in it 😶smh.. A day later 😬 Called my insurance provider to see why has I been charge , and they said they also sent another bill 🤦‍♂️.. I called them and they working on a reimbursement 😶.. Talk to my insurance provider again , I guess they spoke with Emily and Emily had told them that to run the insurance , lady Emily when I called to pay , I spoke with Kate , and Kate agree to used my card and not go through the insurance, lady why are you even in the picture , I did not spoke with you , my insurance recommended me to file a Appeal/Grievance against them … 😶… "The customer is always right" is a motto or slogan which exhorts service staff to give a high priority to customer satisfaction. Another definition for double dipping 😶… Thank you regardless Doc To be honest don’t even know why I went there , at the end of the day I need it a chiro to put the bone back in place , the doctor knew that’s why she put a piece of tape both of the visits I went there ..thank you.. It’s been close to a month and not a ring from them , they supposed to either refund an amount to my card or refund the insurance..peace 👌 2 months later and …. Nothing they came up with my money , 🤬 this place .. I can walk again and is not thanks to them , Follow my review at preferred chiropractor they awesome and the ladies at the front desk are super lovely.. take a trip to Las Vegas save money and received super awesome service 😶👍 If this ppl end up knocking down there building instead of them giving me a call and apologize than they are expert insurance scammers 👎 I pretty much suffer from stress from y’all .. I have a really bad injury and for a few months I couldn’t walk right first y’all took my money from my credit card than from my insurance and y’all don’t called me nor message me and nothing and to be honest your clinic didn’t even help if I had anything to say to y’all it’s🤬 !!! I called my insurance Monday 16 to a knowledge what was going on .. we agree they double billed and both was gonna gave them a called …. I deal with drunks all day long in Las Vegas so I can deal with anyone … I spoke with Kate and she acknowledges what was going on Emily wasn’t available .. Kate apologized and to be honest this made me really happy .. thank you ❤️… all I wanted to do was paid it off and move on and concentrate in my injury to healed faster … just stop ✋ double billing me and we good 👍

Bad experience with Chris Hurley, he does not do what is promised. Now I am working with.
