I am so thankful for all the staff at Arctic Chiropractic and Physical Therapy (Lake Otis office). The front office is friendly, professional and always willing to make my schedule what I need. The therapists have helped me increase my range of motion after an intensive cervical fusion. I know there is still lots to do on my road to recovery and they are giving me the skills to be successful. All the staff have been greatly sensitive to my needs. I would like to single out Rihannoa, a wonderful massage therapist, for the special adaptations she makes to help me each session. The whole office is welcoming and supportive and I will refer my friends and family in the future.

The front waiting room was calm, comfortable and relaxing. The staff was very pleasant and courteous with genuine concern. Dr Dana was very attentive and thorough in discussing my pains and issues as well as communicating and discussing with me a course of action and resolve. I've been to many treatment therapeutic and chiropractors over the years this is truly one of the nicest places I've ever been in both facilities and staff and the results that I'm having just after 2 weeks has been amazing I truly recommend Arctic Chiropractic to anyone seeking real help and success. I cannot recommend Dr. Lisa at Arctic Chiropractic enough! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and has been super supportive while recovering from a knee injury. She has always been super communicative with me to make sure I'm asking my surgeon the right questions prior to surgery and making sure I'm getting the best possible outcome post-surgery. Additionally, Dr. Dana & Dr. Brandon are super kind and helpful as well--their whole team is great!

I have enjoyed, yes, enjoyed, getting my physical therapy here. They are so positive, encouraging, and invested in getting you back in shape so you can enjoy life again!

My husband and I had an amazing experience with our first visit to the chiropractor (Lake Otis location) and we’re so grateful to Dr. Jordan for all his help! He was incredibly accommodating and answered all of our questions. ‌ We were a bit anxious going in, but Dr. Jordan put us at ease right away. He was really patient and knowledgeable and was able to provide us with the information we needed. We were able to discuss our concerns and he was able to provide us with solutions. ‌ We would definitely recommend Dr. Jordan to anyone looking for a great chiropractor. We feel great after our visit and are looking forward to our next appointment!

Been going to Artic Chiropractic for years and when I moved to midtown, I decided to try Arctic Chiropractic - Lake Otis since it's strategically located closer than any other location. The customer service from this location is fantastic and professional. The staff members and Dr. Buckley are friendly and communicative over patient needs. Highly recommend this location!
