ARcare Carlisle Pharmacy

This is the absolute best pharmacy in Central Arkansas. The staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable & they care.

I went to this facility because they offered COVID-19 testing, and it was the closest to my home. I am 4 months pregnant and care deeply about not only my health and safety, but also my child’s safety. I had been exposed to someone who had tested positive for the virus several days prior to my visit today. The elderly medical assistant, Dorothy, was very rude. She told me that, “people were exposed everyday and that it was pointless to have a test done”. I’m not sure what medical professional would advise against a test to make sure I did not have the virus. It seemed to me like she was trying to project her political beliefs onto me. It’s very sad that this woman has any kind of influence on the safety and health of the public. However, I did find that the doctor was very professional, polite, and kind- which I did appreciate.

Came into this ARCare clinic for a COVID test. I was appalled by the blunt rudeness of the medical assistant- Dorothy. She was extremely inpatient, and had no manners or professionalism. When I explained that I had been exposed on multiple occasions to others 4 days prior that had tested positive, she told me 4 days was NOT long enough to be tested and I was wasting a perfectly good test. I did not feel this was true, or that I should trust the OPINION of someone who spent 3 months in school to be certified. I was firm in telling her I wanted the test anyways- which only made her more angry. I’m not sure what Dorothy’s problem was but if she wants to give a medical opinion then she can go to school for 8 years and become an MD. Other than that, Dr. Merrit was amazing.

My family and I are new to the area and have began to use ARcare Pharmacy and see Dr. Merritt. We are very happy with both. The pharmacy is very helpful and friendly. The environment is impeccable. This facility is modern but reminds me of how pharmacies from the past. We are impressed.

They are sweet friendly courteous and efficient

I definitely give our care five stars no matter the situation condition or if you're broke they always have time to take care of you and to see you they did me!
