ARC Physical Therapy+

Needing knee replacement and having been unhappy with a previous PT facility, I was delighted to find ARC Legends. Lisa & Nicole are simply the BEST! In fact, all the staff from reception to therapists provide a clean, caring, and uplifting environment. I wholeheartedly recommend them. It was a pleasure working with you Lisa & Nicole.

Honestly the most professional & productive therapy I’ve ever experienced. My knee surgery left me feeling insecure & anxiety-filled and that was alleviated by Nicole the minute I walked in the door. Lisa, the clinics manager, had impeccable attention to detail with my exercise regimen & my strength has rapidly increased, as well as my range of motion. I felt like the entire staff really cared about me and my recovery. The ARC team could not be more educated and experienced in physical therapy, and I will recommend them to anyone that asks about recovering from knee surgery.

Ok, this is an update regarding the admin problem I had with the KCK office. Jennifer is still one of the best therapists I have worked with, and I definitely recommend her for first responders! My problem was with Lisa, the manager. Whom, even when coached by regional administration, could not even give a proper apology acknowledging her deplorable behavior and poor customer service. Regardless, since I don't have anything but praise for the regional administration, Jennifer, and even Mr. Peterson (CEO), who even called me personally to make things right, I am rewriting my review and changing it from 0 to 4 stars. Don't ever feel like being a first responder forbids you from exercising your right as a customer, and more so as patient. ARC regional aministration is committed to creating a great environment for us and acorrecting any problem you might have.

ARC provides unwavering support for clients’ well being, the leadership displays a professional work ethic, the therapists communicate a genuine enjoyment of their work, the atmosphere is welcoming, upbeat and positive. I ultimately benefitted all because I, when passing by, happened on to the best possible fit for my knee replacement therapy. Thank you Lisa, for your camaraderie that filters down. Also thanks to Nicole, Tya and the entire ARC staff. You are the best!

There are two words that describe ARC PT at the Legends. These two words are competence and kindness. The entire staff are very professional and caring. Lisa , specifically, is an outstanding physical therapist, and demonstrates excellence in everything that she does. I went to ARC to see Lisa for vertigo. She was amazing. So kind and helpful. Her knowledge on the topic is extraordinary, and she taught me so much so I could understand my symptoms. I appreciated her empathy as we worked together. I would definitely go back again if needed.

My therapist was Lisa. I was going for a fractured pelvis and concussion injuries. She was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable with pertinent questions about my injuries as well as a thorough check in each time I came for therapy as to what I had been doing in between time and what my pain was doing. Very thorough in her explanations of what I needed to do with appropriate handouts to take home. Pleasant and personable to work with. Treated me with they respect and courtesy. I would totally request her again if needed.

Staff is always kind, helpful, respectful, and truly cares about me and my pain and the way I feel during my sessions. They also do not mind explaining and educating me on my care as well.
