ARC Physical Therapy+

I wish I could give 10 stars! I worked with Hannah for 6 weeks to help get feeling and mobility back in my finger after a bad cut from work! She had me back and feeling better than ever after working with her! 10 out 10 recommend!

I wish there were more stars to give! I received excellent therapy on my hand x2 surgeries and made great improvements. Staff and Hannah were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I am so glad they were recommended to me. Please be confident in knowing they provide the elite care you may be looking for.

Hannah Paige was good. The billing is completely incompetent. We had bcbs of Texas and that overlapped with bcbs of k c by a few months we had no laps in coverage. I met the deductible with bcbs of Texas and meet the deductible for bcbs of k c and owe nothing up to December 31. After Jan 1st I paid the 100 dollar Co pay each visit and I paid the difference of 100 and some thing on top of the 100 per visit. At this point I owe ARC nothing. After the fact it comes back that ARC has filled the wrong blue cross almost 50 times. I talked with passion, kedel bill, carolin i believe. I talk with Jennifer and Jessica they are offensive and rude and will not listen they both tell me I need to pay, they both tell me i need to do a 3 way phone call with bcbs of kc. I set that up. Blue cross and blue shield of Kansas city explained to ARC in a 3 way call, that they keep building incorrect. When ARC Jennifer or Jessica realizes that they, ARC is completely wrong and I owe nothing and they keep billing the wrong insurance. She hangs up in discused on me and bcbs kc customer help line personal. How rude. I hear nothing for months then some random person from ARC calls me and starts again i owe $6,219.00 again and they have no insurance on record. I re re re re re re re re re re explain what ARC is doing wrong. She says she will look into it. She does NOT she just turns it over to collections. My credit score has went down 80 points to ARC incompetence. Thats wrong. They also do not recognize all the cash payments I made after January 1st. And do not recognize the payment I made for the difference that I payed on top of the 100 per visit I payed for co pay. Where did that cash money go ARC? At the end of this I do NOT owe $641.54 or $640.46 or $631.00 or $181.67 or $1,339.95 or $1,339.95 or $6,204 or $6,219.00 or $1339.95 or $6,219.00. I owe nothing to ARC. I do believe ARC owes me an apology. And they need the humility and common sence to read the paperwork and file the correct insurance companies. Should have went to cass. Cass takes secondary insurance and i would have never seen a bill and wasted all this time and irritatiation with ARC . Carl

Everyone is very professional, great location, easy access, very positive experience. I learned a lot about my injury from Megan and Lydia about which exercises I can do to prevent further injury. I had a lot of questions and therapist was very patient and informative. I left feeling confident I have new tools. I actually changed physical therapy location (company). Last was okay, but I felt like this one really did a good job educating me which muscles were injured, which muscles need strengthening, and what exercises would help me do that. They showed a lot of exercises that I could do at home without special equipment. I would definitely go back if needed and recommend to others.

When I had to go to therapy after my surgery, I asked to come to ARC the south location because my experience with them in the past was awesome. My therapist Matt is very knowledge about hand and wrist therapy and he is very friendly and seems to care about the recovery. I just love Christi at the front desk. She is always nice and friendly and helps the therapist tremendously. If ever I need rehab again I will choose the south location hands down.

I love the team at ARC! I’ve worked with Matt, Dana and Trent. They are each very caring and attentive to treatment needs. They make me work hard but it’s paying off. Kristi is always pleasant and ensures I get all of my appointments scheduled— she even has coffee for us! I tried to leave this review before but for some reason it wouldn’t go through; nevertheless I wanted everyone to know how awesome this team is!

Megan is absolutely amazing. I’ve been to other therapists and she is truly the best. Arc is super clean and all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Rachael was the greatest therapist. Very knowledgeable and whole body oriented. This was the best treatment that I’ve been searching for for nearly 2 years. I would recommend her to anyone. Great bedside manner and very understanding. Would definitely come back. Thank you Kathy.
