I contacted ARC Accupuncture and PT to try to resolve my sciatica pain issues. I gave the insurance information one week before the appointment. ARC seemed more interested in how to get paid versus my pain issue. Needless to say, I did not get treatment because they wanted me to pay for it even though they did not inquire with my insurance how much it would be to get treatment. to this date I have not received a call back. I am not interested in treatment with ARC.

I cannot say enough good things about ARC. My doctor sent me to them for Vertigo. They worked on all my issues and when I walked away I was no longer in pain of any sort and certainly had no more vertigo. The acupuncturist actually helped me to be able to focus. Thank you ARC, your entire staff is wonderful!

ARC has helped me in so many ways. Their knowledge and expertise has guided me to less pain and better mobility. I explained my symptoms to ARC and they told me “We can fix this” and I started acupuncture. I have improved since the first visit and this is really a miracle because I had no relief for over a year. I have since learned that I have FD and visceral hypersensitivity as it relates to the digestive system which is a chronic condition and they quickly modified my treatment plan to accommodate. A truly compassionate and caring environment to heal in. Hats off to ARC and their professional and polite staff!

I guess I was spoiled by my first experience with accupuncture about 50 years ago, when the doctor relieved about 75% of my back pain 0n the first visit and all of the pain by the end of my second visit. I hope your company will get to that point some day.. KEEP STUDYING MY FRIENDS, KEEP STUDYING.

This group is amazing! Aging is no fun at all when you learn your knees are stricken with severe arthritis leaving you with inflammation and pain beyond belief but after a few trips to ARC, having physical therapy and acupuncture, they've certainly made day to day activities seem far more bearable than they used to be.
