ARC Acupuncture and Physical Therapy

I highly recommend ARC for their professionalism yet making you feel like you're part of the family and how each one of them individually cares about you. Their expertise and being able to truly do the best treatment for you each time you come is rare. I have already gotten friends to switch over to them.

This was my third time at ARC, for neuropathy caused by B12 deficiency. As in the earlier therapy at ARC I had pretty dramatic positive results. Beyond their techniques and skills, this place really encourages their patients. Every time you interact with the staff they ask pointed questions about how the last treatment worked, and how best to help. Everyone at the Mt. Dora ARC is caring, professional, and friendly. They really should have the same physical therapist all the time, though Roxy really has it together. To sum up I went from having drop foot to now walking without any assistance. I’m able to use my hands to open jars and operate zippers (can’t stress how important that is), and generally do what most people take for granted. One of my doctors said, “I was lucky” to be doing those things. No, I’m lucky I found ARC.

Irene was extremely professional,helpful and kind in getting my appointments scheduled. I will start my treatment today and I will continue to give updates on my care at ARC. ARC was highly recommended by an neighbor.

The clinic was very clean. All of the technicians and doctors were very helpful. They explained everything and a treatment really helped relieve the soreness in my shoulder. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very good pleasant treatment. The therapists really know their stuff, and I always leave feeling a lot less pain in my back. I will continue to get treatment here as long as I can.

They deserve Yes, a Five Star rating. I Highly recommended them because I went in with back and hip, leg pain and walking straight was a big challenge but now I'm almost at no pain or discomfort. I found the ARC facility in Mount Dora to be first class. They were very professional in how they setup appointments and checked you in. The therapy for my knee was done very well and was very effective, its now been a few weeks and there has been no reoccurrence of any pain. The exercise regime was good and easy to perform at home. I still do these to continue strengthening my knee ligaments and muscles.

Everyone’s caring and helpful. Each time I have an appointment my leg gets a little better. The Dr. and staff are great.
