Arbor Therapy

So upset with this office, due to them dropping my son visits all because we were out of town. Maritza is bad at communicating. Don’t get me wrong the speech therapist teachers are amazing. We loved Drew, so if you decide taking your kids to the Glendale location I recommend him for your kid. Also Jasmine at front was an amazing receptionist. I’m definitely going to miss them. And that’s the reason I’m giving this office a 1 star

I rated 5 stars just because Jessica (left practice) and Patricia are great therapists ; the very negative part is that children are taken off therapy for changes in their schedule, and impossible to place/fit the kid accordingly, making them to miss the therapies that they need. One more negative issue is the very noisy environment when kids, parents and therapist giving information are talking in the front room. It is not only annoying, but it makes the therapists look unprofessional, and they are not, my kid and my family are very happy with the therapy. My suggestion for this point is that the therapist use the last 3-5 minutes to inform the parents about the therapy , but inside, in the room where they give the therapy .

Friendly, helpful and happy staff. My daughter has been getting PT with Jessica for over 3 years and we are grateful for this patient, kind and caring PT. Thank you Jessica and Arbor Therapy for helping with my daughter's continued success.

Never been to this location but my daughter does teletherapy through this clinic for speech with Lupita. She is amazing and you can tell she really cares and loves what she does. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would.

Update: Arbor Therapy is still amazing, have zero complaints. Arbor Therapy is amazing. My son attends for Speech Therapy , he sees Drew and has grown leaps and bounds. He went from a child who could barely speak to a child speaking 3 word sentences in just 3 months.

Our experience at Arbor Therapy has been great. Staff is attentive, friendly, understanding, and professional.

I wish I had better things to say like these other parents that were taken care of and shown that their child is important but I didn't get that from these people. I didn't feel like they even wanted my son there. They haven't returned my calls recently and the 2 times they called me I was at work so phone tag is what its been. This makes me feel like this isn't something they cared about enough to follow through. I still call hoping for someone to answer but no luck yet. I understand these services are in high demand and I know most kids are on waiting lists so that's why I gave 3 stars.

This place is amazing! My daughter is speech delayed and we barely begun to bring her for her sessions with Leslie and she has improved many things already. Leslie is such a bright person always with a smile, my daughter loves her! All the employees are so kind and they answer the phone! Coming from another therapy facility that never answered my calls. I’m so glad we got our referral changed to arbor therapy
