I never thought that I would be in a Skilled Facility. When I arrived at Arbor Rehabilitation Center I was not happy. I was sent to Arbor Rehabilitation Center for Rehabilitation. When I arrived. I was greeted by Jen. This young Lady seen that I was not happy to be there nor did I care for the room that I was assigned to for my admission. Jen did her very best to make me happy, the she said that she had another room, she went to the front and had explained my dilemma. then Jen proposed to me about the other room and if I like it, I could stay in it. Come to say, I liked the room. Jen is a GEM πππΎβ. For the entire Arbor Rehabilitation Center team, Nursing ( Rebecca, Marco, Jeremiah Jessie, Suki, Angel, Crystal, Erianna, Stephanie, Lillia, Jan Marie, Emerson, Geralyn, other Nsg. staff sorry I can't recall your names right now. EVS. Ms. Fancy Mama, Adellia, πΈπΎπ, Ms. Silvia, Cesar, Billy, Dietary Team thank you my meals were very good, tasted like Restaurant food, Yum. Social Svcs, Physical Therapy Team, Medical Records, Activities and Dr. Datta. I fully recomend Arbor Rehabilitation Center and if there were a 20-Star judgment, I 'd rank Arbor 20(+), I would work here. This a clean facility especially The Terrace Sub-Acute, the Nursing Team was astounding, friendly and professional, thank you. May God continue to BLESS all of you according to His Will. The staff nice but could only perform their assigned duty. Tv broken for over a week. No one to fix it. The food is uneditable. I don't think there was one meal I could eat everything. I had to pick. Lots of gravey and mashed potato. This morning gravey on a bisque. I couldn't even look at it. No fresh salads. Cake stale. Definitely need a new cook. Awful Not a good experience

Best Rehab facility. Everyone is so nice, appreciative of Social Services team with so many great resources. Facility Survive on Social Services department. I highly recommend this facility.

In general, the staff and support people are friendly, compassionate and responsive. At times, the response time is slow, I suppose due to the staff to patient ratio, which presumably is high. The rooms are maintained and cleaned frequently. The food service department goes beyond standard nutritional needs and provides meals that are tasty and visually appealing. The menu varies widely. Bottom line, the food is good. The therapy department is staffed by excellently trained therapists who give patients techniques to use away from the therapy sessions. If patients ask questions, the therapists give information to clarify concerns and to motivate patients to work toward recovery. My one complaint is that when I missed a doctor appointment, it seems that the staff could not reschedule the appointment. It took me 5 minutes to find a number, make a call and reschedule the appointment. This may be an area where staff can develop procedures to make scheduling appointments easier. That could be less stressful for staff and patients.

Arbor Rehab and Nursing Center is a very friendly environment. I have been in the facility many a times over the past 10 years and it always smells good. Admissions, Rehab and Social Services are great people as well as the nursing staff

I am very impressed with the services that this building offers. My grandfather was released from Arbor a few weeks ago and my family is very happy with how far he has come. Of course, we did encounter some difficulties, but the management was responsive and made sure that our concerns were addressed. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I had some nice R.N and CNA and OP for my arm and the Physical Therapist were nice. I wish I had more Physical therapy leg 𦡠exercise and walking.

This facility is the worst ever! My mom has been there for 4 days and still do not know what her treatment plan is, nobody has changed the dressing on her wound vac which should have been done yesterday and because the food is so awful, she hasn't been eating any nutritious food. I went and bought her a mini fridge and stocked it with good food for her healing since there is plenty of room and does not infringe on her or anybody else's medical treatment. Yesterday, the "maintenance' guy took it upon himself to tell my mom, who is already severely depressed and 2 hours away from home, that she cannot have the mini fridge and he locked it in "his office" where only he has access then proceeded to tell my mom that he would be off work for the next couple of days. As this is a personal item, my mom's patient rights have been violated by a person that has no business even talking to her let alone touching and taking her personal items even after he was told not to. Further the care at this facility is worse than I ever imagined! I had to clean and disinfect her entire room including the private bathroom and the glass slider door blinds that leads out into the outdoor courtyard with a sign that says, "smoking section", had missing blinds slats so mom felt like anybody outside at night could see directly into her room like a "peeping tom". I covered the glass door with a large table cloth I brought from home to she could feel safe, even though she really is not. My son, her grandson, just arrived and it just might be that he takes her to real medical facility before her wound infection kills her! Stay away from this place if you value your loved ones!!!
