I wanted to share an experience I had towards the end. My Dad was at Arbor for a handful of months before he passed. On my visits from San Diego, I was lucky enough to spend time with 3 special folks. We met Dusty, the Administrator, randomly and we all hit it off. He made a connection with my Dad and our family, he cared about what we were going through and helped us in many ways. Victoria, the Assistant Director of Nursing, went above and beyond for us on many levels. She would text me positive updates and pics because she knew I was worried about my Dad and that I didn’t live in the same city. And Jen is the Social Services Director. I met her a few times, was always so impressed and she was the one who held up the phone to my Dad’s ear so I could say goodbye to him. All 3 are young professionals holding such important positions and I have so much respect for each of them. I definitely couldn’t do what they do and I’m so grateful that they were there for us. Of course I’m Facebook friends with the girls now and it’s nice keeping in touch with them that way.

Tonight my partner and I were taking a walk and we found one of their elderly patients disoriented and confused wondering around lost. He could have very easily been injured as he almost fell into the road many times. When we tried calling the facility no one answered the phone and we tried all the nursing stations. Luckily, we were able to call the non-emergency line and got him a ride back. I just find it completely disgusting and irresponsible that a care facility would let this happen. Please be careful when placing your loved ones in this facilities care.

Arbor has done it's absolute best to be open, honest, and available for families. They also strive to provide top care possible for all it's residents and give them the best life possible. Management does listen to the residents and take their opinions into account on many matters. The Arbor Team treats each resident as family, growing closer with them each day. Arbor Post Acute has a quality menu for residents with great tasting food they look to improve. Great activities team who find fun and involving things for the residents to keep their mind and bodies active. There is a very involved therapy team as well who offer different suggestions to help improve the residents lives as well. I have worked here for going on 9 years and look forward to.continue watching Arbor grow.

Arbor Post Acute is by far one of the best skilled nursing facilities I've worked for! The floor staff & management go above and beyond to care for patients. Therapy is top notch & the nurses are very knowledgeable & compassionate. The team work is amazing and there's ample opportunity for advancement within the company, hard work doesn't go unnoticed! If your looking for a fun and professional facility to call home Arbor is the place for you!

Horrible, awful place to take someone that you love. No one, including nurses, will pick up the phone. My husband is there right now after having knee surgery. He's been trying to be released for days. I have tried everything that I know to reach someone to help, but no love. If you value your family member, do NOT let them be admitted to this place. My husband isn't incapacitated mentally, only recovering from a surgery. The isn't adequate nutrition. And they have one nurse for every l8 patients, so one has to wait for at least 45 minutes to get a nurse in after pushing a nurse request button. I am so angry and frustrated!

I have worked at Arbor Post Acute for a year and a half now. This is my first job as a CNA, and I am extremely happy that I chose Arbor as my place to work as my first job as an aide. While working at Arbor, I have always felt respected by the staff. The residents that are here are some of the very best. They make this job worthwhile, and I love these residents. The nurses at Arbor are the most hardworking, kind, talented, and driven people that I have ever met. I aspire to be like them. These nurses truly care deeply for their residents—as does everyone else in each department. Additionally, during these demanding times of COVID, I am thoroughly impressed by the teamwork of this facility. There are so many caring and kind people that work here, who truly work their hardest to advocate and care for these residents!

I have not worked at another facility during the Covid pandemic and let me just say that the team at Arbor Post Acute has 100% worked as a team to the best of their ability to keep residents and staff happy and healthy at all times. All of these times are trying on all Facilities, residents and families, However if you have your family at Arbor Post Acute please know they will be loved and cared for and we will do our best to meet your needs and hopefully exceed your expectations of quality care.

I've worked at Arbor Post Acute for almost 3 years as a nurse. I've also worked in other facilities. My daily commute is over an hour. As a nurse you have many employment opportunities. I've never been in a building like ours in my 10 year career in the medical field. The level of care medically, emotionally, physically and holistically that our residents receive on a daily basis is far greater than anything I've ever seen. Our staff truly cares and makes each resident feel important, loved and cared for while receiving the treatment they need to be able to go home with a brighter future. Our team works around the clock to make sure we are providing everything we can to the best of our ability to provide a safe home away from home even if it's something as simple as a dinner from their favorite restraunt or specific snacks from the grocery store to help our residents transition to skilled nursing. Our therapy team is absolutely amazing. They are energetic and will get you moving in no time! I've seen them work many, many miracles! Our house doctor listens to all the concerns of our residents and takes time to work with the team to establish an individualized plan of care best fitting to each resident. The Nursing staff is incredibly knowledgeable and I am so proud to be apart of such an amazing team. Working tirelessly through the pandemic in our Covid unit has definitely proven the level of compassion we have for our residents. They know they are loved. They know they are always taken care of. They know they will always have a voice even if they cannot advocate for themselves any longer. Patient care is always number one. The standard level of care doesn't exist in our building because we hold each other to higher standards day after day to provide the highest, most accurate level of care for each one of our residents so they can continue to thrive. I choose to commute everyday and will continue to without a second thought, or hesitation because I know we are truely making a difference in the lives of our residents every single day. We continue to enrich the lives of each other and every residents every single day. Our building is more than skilled nursing, it is a family. Our family. I am so happy to be apart of something so beautiful.
