I have been very impressed with the tailored quality of care and attention that the AquaCare therapists (thank you, Amanda and Evan) have given to my particular needs. They took the time to assess my condition and continue to develop a program based on my progress. To date, I am very pleased with the results. Additionally, I could not help but notice how well the entire staff treats all their patients.

Erin developed a treatment plan that optimized a return of function and mobility to my left foot. She is kind, caring and professional in the delivery of care. Aquatic therapy was a useful adjunct to improving, strength, balance and endurance . I highly recommend AquaCare and staff for post-op recovery therapy.

I had a great experience at Aquacare physical therapy on Route 24. All of the therapists are patient, respond to all of my questions, and do an overall fine job. If you are having issues, give them a try.

They got me in sooner and quicker than the surrounding competitors and each person who worked with me, (Alec, Mark, Erin, Morgan & Barbara) was kind and great to work with from start to finish! Aqua therapy is truly everything they said it was and I felt it had a huge impact on my quick healing, along with a great team. I’d recommend this aquacare to everyone!

All of the therapist at Aquacare Physical Therapy are fantastic. Erin, Barbara and Robin are definitely experts in their field. They have all helped me a great deal.

Had positive results the first day for my torn meniscus, one year prior, therapy for post back surgery helped heal me faster than expected. Highly recommend!!!!

I had a great experience with the actual therapy and therapists. However, I was told what my copay would be and a month later, I made a payment and was told that my account was paid. At this time, my copay matched the balance. For the next 2 months I went to therapy twice a week and nobody had the courtesy to tell me that my copay was actually double the quoted price. So when I finished therapy, I was shocked with a much larger bill than anticipated. The billing department was very rude when I called to inquire about specifics. BE AWARE that this company has an attorney who very quickly files a law suit and from that point on I was dealing with the attorney as the primary contact. I have never experienced something like this before and I have been to many physical therapy places and have extensive healthcare knowledge. I have a difficult time believing I am the only one with this experience. I would NEVER recommend this business.

I lovvvvvvved the warm pool experience on my painful joint and was able to regain so much function. Once I could tolerate land, that was excellent as well. The staff is exceptional. I've had pt twice before and this group is way ahead of the curve in excellence and pure niceness. I enjoyed coming there.
