I'm a Clinical Social Worker who went to Dr. Amy Osborne with a very sensitive issue. Her knowledge, bedside manner, holistic, and clinical approach helped me heal in a way I didn't think possible. She is a very gifted healer. I can't speak highly enough of Amy and Apto Physical Therapy.

I came to Amy with moderate rotator cuff pain. She was direct and professional, treating me with a series of dry needles and followup with a localized exercise program to strengthen the area. The recovery was quick and successful. I highly recommend her dry needling program. But I also want to emphasize the overall experience - it was relaxed, positive and engaging. Amy is a great therapist but also has the personal touch.

If you’re looking for someone who supports your needs today but can also look at this holistically and from the big picture, Amy is your PT! She’s helped me manage some really intense neck issues that were leading to migraines by pain management (needling and exercises) to then supporting my strength training in repairing some of the issues. I’d high recommend Amy. She’s so smart, and cares deeply for her clients and her work.

I've now worked with Amy Osborne through three pregnancies and C-sections. (This after I found her from a Regis professor's glowing recommendation!) I cannot endorse or praise her enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable and discerning about women's bodies through and post pregnancy. She has such a great attitude and positivity around what she's instructing that it is a real motivator for doing the PT work on my own between visits. She also takes a holistic approach to care, not only recommending musculo-skeletal guidance, but layering that with hormonal wellness expertise - the FULL package of women's PT care that is SO EFFECTIVE and ENCOURAGING. Whether in-office or virtual visits, I ALWAYS get great direction and even personal support from Amy. She has helped me "get my body back" and MORE. Thank's Amy!

Amy is a miracle worker! I had a herniated disc in my neck which the ER said would require surgery. With dry-needling and physical therapy, Amy was able to get me back to 100% without surgery, and I feel great!

I worked with Jordan for several weeks on post-partum pelvic floor recovery. She is an excellent physical therapist and very well educated in the field. I appreciated her approach of explaining the anatomy of my post-partum diagnosis and outlining a clear treatment plan. We did a mix of dry-needling and pelvic floor exercises, which strengthened my core and pelvic floor quicker than expected. For anyone looking for a smart, result-driven physical therapist, I highly recommend working with Jordan.

Amy is Amazing… I am a cosmetologist/barber of 30 years I don’t remember not having constant back and hip pain. With the work that Amy has done on me I feel like we’re finally getting somewhere! On to of that she is so kind and professional!
