Apple Valley Post-Acute Rehab

My mom was here for a month and had great physical and occupational therapists, very caring staff and good medical care. Our experience exceeded our expectations. It’s clean, well-run and she even thought the food was pretty good! We’ve had experiences with other SNF’s and this one was very much better than facilities we’ve had relatives stay in the past. Staffing in these places is always too low due to Medicare and state laws but this place does a really nice job given the constraints they face. I’m grateful that they helped my mom so much.

This facility is top notch. The staff really cares about the residence and keeping everyone safe and healthy. I was there with my company on a vaccine clinic to vaccinate Covid and flu and etc. for staff and residence. Catherine was the coordinator and she is amazing at her job. She works so hard for her patience to get what they need and keep them comfortable.

They took care of my mom, I was very happy we took her there the staff are awesome. They truly are kind and loving with their patients. I recommend this place nurses, doctors, and physical therapist all were gentle and kind with my mom.

There is no better skilled nursing facility in the entire Bay Area. My mother has been to ones in Marin County and Sonoma and without a single doubt Apple Valley checks all the boxes. From the moment you enter the door, each staff person is polite, professional and eager to please. The team of doctors are top notch and the nursing and CNAs are attentive every step of the way. They always answer their phones (24/7) unlike other facilities that rarely have a front desk presence. I would highly recommend Apple Valley to any family looking for a nurturing, loving, supportive environment; that encourages the patient to strive for their full recovery. We are so fortunate to be part of the Apple Valley Community; in light of the sad set of circumstances.

Everyone at Apple Valley treated me with dignity and respect. From the nurses to the physical therapists to the CNA’s, my treatment from all was top notch. They got me going again after a difficult surgery!

We were only guests of a patient so I can only speak to that experience. The people who work there are so exceptionally friendly. No matter if it’s someone we have seen every time we visit (once a week) or someone we’ve seen for the first time, they treat us like friends. We take two small children with us and they are all always so welcoming to them as well. I don’t know what it’s like to stay there, but we do enjoy visiting.

Great customer service, great infection prevention program. Working in the health care industry myself this is a facility I would it my own family in. Amazing care!

The staff and Kaiser nurses and doctors are great. They are kind respectful and try to help in any way they can. We feel good knowing my mother is well cared for. My family thinks everyone!
