Work here for 3 month as a per diem was going to quit but I like the pt and some workers. There’s a mouse in the building I have video All of the patient rooms are dirty. I could not put a family member in here to live. Michelle needs more training she lied to me about the pay that was one. Her communication skills is horrible. I did not even get a warning because I didn’t work a 16 hour shift for one month they fire me .but I pick up any other days with no problem..

Please do your loved ones a favor and look at other options. I could write a book on why this facility shouldn’t be taking people in and how my father was neglected while there. It’s not a good choice for rehab or long term. People who work there are, for the most part, lovely. But at the end of the day, my father received sub-par care and when we tried to transfer him, they delayed the process (clearly to get the insurance money, not that they’d ever admit that).

Legionnaires disease in the water, unsanitary conditions, can't use showers in own rooms. Heating in rooms does not work, only showers left are communal which are not satisfactory for cancer/immuno-compromised patients. Warned by staff to not eat the food provided by the hospital. Warned by nurses that we should not be here.

My mom is a patient here for rehab. Almost all the staff here are AMAZING not just the nurses and aides but the sweet receptionist, social worker, administrator among others. They have even offered her this AWESOME treatment for her wounds that she’s had for over 6 years. NO OTHER PLACE has ever offered us this. The people here are like family the residents AND staff. Yes they’re short staffed that’s NOT their fault I actually feel bad for them doing all the running around that they do. I don’t understand why someone people give them bad reviews. They’re AWESOME. THANK YOU SO MUCH APPLE REHAB for ALL you’re doing for my mom and for putting up with her you’re appreciated MORE THAN you know. YOU ALL ARE LIKE MEMBERS OF OUR FAMILY

Great place to work! CNAs and Nurses treat the residents so wonderfully!

My mother was a patient there. They had her in a wheelchair sitting by the nurses station all day. No interaction with anyone. It is pathetic. They don't put alarms on the beds so people who are fall risks end up on the floor. She was there for 10 days and she fell out of bed requiring stitches in her head. They only knew she fell because of the ladies in the room across the hall heard her hit the floor and summoned help. We took her home and now are fighting to get a refund. Please be very careful when choosing a place for your loved one.

Beautiful facility. The CNAs are wonderful. Some of the nurses that work there are some of the sweetest nurses I’ve met. I just wish that the receptionist was a little bit friendlier, she was very loud and some what rude.

If I was able to give it zero stars I would, and this is coming from someone who used to work there. Don’t get me wrong select staff members were great, but others were incompetent. This place should honestly be shut down for not treating there residents with enough care and attention, and especially for the staff the run down through because they can’t show one ounce of appreciation, and let me not get started on how they had workers working there with no certification!!!!
