Apple Rehab Clipper

All of the staff was incredible. Showing so much concern & caring for our family. We would highly recommend them for rehab or long term care.

Mom spent 3 weeks at the Apple Rehab Clipper after a fall. She was comfortable and any small issues that arose were immediately and successfully addressed by the staff. Great overall communication between myself and CNAs, nurses, therapists and staff. Hoping she doesn't need to go back but if she needs rehab again, Apple is our first choice.

I have been in Apple Valley Clipper Rehab in Westerly, RI for close to two weeks now. The staff..Nursing, Rehab, CNA, Custodial, Food Service, Administration...everyone...really care and try to meet all your needs as soon as possible. They respond quickly to every need...whether its pain or a spill...they are there to help...and they do! The Rehab has been consistent...great at helping me meet my goal to go home. The meals are very good...always hot and served with a smile. The “family” at the Clipper take you in as their own and make life better! Thank you Apple Valley Clipper!

Not very clean. Staff is very unfriendly. Doors were always closed in patients rooms. How can they monitor elderly patients if they can't see in the room??

I have been working at this facility three weeks and have found the staff welcoming and very dedicated. They are very committed to making a person's stay here the best it can be!!

I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to go to a nursing home. CNAS are fabulous and very friendly.

Lady that runs it is very rude to people she feels she is above gross

Clean, caring staff, and overall a great place.
