I like Dr Thaxton but I have a lot of problems here that I believe are due to another staff member. This is the 4th time that refills were not added to my prescription, and having called twice today, there's still nothing at the pharmacy (after closing time at the Doc office). Once I had to call them 3 days in a row to even get the first prescription called in. I've had appointment times given wrong once. My referral to orthopedics was never made until I called to remind them about it over a week later, and then they gave me a referral to the one place I asked to not go to. Dr Thaxton is a good guy but someone in this office is clearly not doing their job.

Left a 79 year old woman sitting in her car for an hour and a half in 53 degree weather even after not having a fever and testing negative for all the tests!!!!! This is irresponsible!!! She had a sinus infection! So so irresponsible!! An apology is not adequate!!!

Love Dr. Thaxton and his staff!! They are very kind and helpful. Dr. Thaxton is very thorough and explains everything to me on my medical issues and always answers my questions. They always find me an appointment when I need to be seen on short notice. I am very blessed to have a wonderful Doctor who seems to genuinely care about my health. If you like to spend your money and time with a egotistical MD that doesn't listen when you tell him the problem you came in for, then this guy is for you. I almost forgot about the rude staff, If you go good luck!
