Awesome awesome customer care, service, and support from the whole team at the Pat Tillman location in Surprise. AZ. where Jeff Landram is the Clinic manager!👍🏽 from day one pre surgery to last post surgery, I had Jeff’s support he helped me so much I had left shoulder surgery a rotator cuff tear! Front desk greeting from Jodi Franklin each time I entered was amazing she smiled and asked how I was doing every time. Kayla and Bella are very friendly and helpful as well. During my first intake appointment after being rear ended by a semi Jeff took his time to ask tons of questions to best help me. This included asking me where I was coming from and letting me know there was a location much closer to my house. He could have left that info out to keep me at his location but he’s is dedicated to doing what is best for his patients even if it means it’s not best for his clinic. For this reason I continued to come here. When we ( which actually means me ) whine a bit during some of the therapy( I’m a baby) Jeff has been great at going at my pace and pushing me when I need it. I’ve had more progress in my recovery here than I have with all the fancy pain drs and all of their injections they’ve done. Jeff and his team are wonderful and are extremely knowledgeable! It is well worth the drive to be seen by a team that genuinely cares about you. Thank you guys!

Apex is the place to be for ALL of your physical therapy needs! Jeff and Kayla are wonderful and both very knowledgeable on their stuff, they work one on one with you to make sure you get the absolute BEST care possible. They work around a schedule that works for YOU. Bella their assistant and Jody the secretary are also both friendly and wonderful people. I went in for shoulder therapy back in early May due to a snowboarding injury in March and surgery in April, and I just had my last visit today at the end of August and I can confidently and whole heartedly say that Jeff and Kayla gave me ALL of my confidence back in my shoulder. I love everybody here at Apex and I highly recommend them to anybody seeking some sort of therapy help

I had a pinched nerve in my neck that was causing a lot of pain in my shoulder blade, and numbness/ tingling up and down my arm. After several weeks here, the pain is gone, and the zingers in my arm and hand are mostly resolved. I am very satisfied with the therapy I received. I spent the majority of my sessions with Kayla, and she was great; she was attentive to what worked and what didn't, and very personable! I enjoyed my sessions with her and her tech. Jeff was great as well! Due to the the work I do and the DDD and arthritis I deal with, I am sure I will be needing therapy again over the next years and will return here as needed. I have had therapy with other OPPT centers over the years, but the treatment and convenience of this one will keep me coming back.

I have had two different sessions with Apex PT and both of the sessions work very well for me. The staff is friendly and work well with the patient and for the patients needs I will use them again if I ever have a need their services. Also I had to drive 30 miles each way and choose to do so because of their expertise.

I received pt at this location for my back/hip and knee. The staff was amazing a great atmosphere to work in, the therapists are very knowledgeable and listened to my complaints and took the time to listen to my questions and complaints. They did an amazing job explaining the exercises and making sure they were done correctly. 10/10 I would go to them again.

For several decades I've been suffering with chronic back pain due to injuries I've had during my active service in the military. Had countless physical therapy treatments and encountered many therapist in the last 40 years and I can say that Jeff and Kayla were professionals and very knowledgeable. They have skillfully taught me different exercises on how to deal with my condition. After just 6 sessions, I have had so much relief and now able to do task that I wasn't able to do before. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.
