Helpful, reassuring but kept me moving forward toward goal. I had prior PT with Apex and requested them for my PT after knee replacement. Highly recommend

My first impression has not been great. Initially, I was contacted about my referral, which was set up incorrectly by the doctor. I was told you would call to fix it, but I did not hear back. After about a month, I called Tricare and was informed that the issue might be resolved, but as I am neither the doctor nor the physical therapist office, I am unsure. When I called your office, I was met with a rude older woman on the phone, who was rude for no reason. I hope the physical therapy and future customer service are better than what I've experienced so far; otherwise, I will consider changing providers.

Apex provides excellent physical therapy. The staff are very personable and true professionals. I have had to use them twice, recovering from joint replacement and could not have been more pleased.

Professional Staff. Courteous . The have your best rehabilitation goals in mind and encourage you to strive for the optimal results to get you up and running. I also appreciate how physically fit the physical therapists are, which is always an inspiration to model.

I just finished 8 weeks of PT for knee replacement with them. They are amazing! My Physical Therapists were Tom, Avery and Julien. I tossed the walker after 3 days from surgery and the cane 13 days later thanks to them. My doctor was thrilled with my progress. All the therapists are friendly, involved, fun but most of all, knowledgeable of what to do. Highly recommend!

Every time I have had PT, I have looked forward to going back to Apex! The caring and knowledgeable staff are great. They explain clearly and knowledgeably, they make the PT experience something to look forward to!

Everyone at Apex is very friendly & knowledgeable from the personnel at the front desk to the PT's and PA's. I always enjoy having PT at Apex, as I know they will be able to help me with my medical issues. Give them a try!

Excellent experience. All therapist work hard to help all patients. I had the pleasure of working with four of them. They pushed me towards not only where I should be but helped me to reach my personal goals. I will have total knee replacement on other knee soon. I definitely will return to Apex in Sierra Vista for therapy.
